I am fairly certain this is going to be an actual thing since Metagross and Milotic are the signature Pokemon of Steven and Wallace. Then again it'd be easy to take that concept and fakely throw together a hint at their Mega Evolutions since it does seem like a given.

One thing you have to keep in mind is that we have access to the news online far easier than people who don't spend a majority of their free time on the internet, or who don't use the internet at all. If they put up screenshots we already saw or silhouette Pokemon we've already seen, then it's for the general public to see. It's possible this poster was released before Sableye's Mega was revealed.. and technically we weren't supposed to know about the existence of Mega Lat@s anyway.

I'm not by any means saying the poster is real, but it wouldn't be fake just because of that really.

All valid statements, but in regards to the actual poster, the coloring is a pretty reliable factor to determine the authenticity of this specific leak. Gaming companies are too meticulous to release any items with defects like that, which is what leads me to believe the poster is fake. There's no visible date in the image other than the launching date, so it's impossible to tell if it was created before the announcement of Mega Sableye.

Yes but the image is fake because of the err in scripting the date (comma after November as opposed to the proper location of after 21) and improper grammar/word choices within "the firsts exclusive" rather than "the first exclusives." I'm hopeful for Mega Metagross/Milotic as well, but those are highly doubtful confirmations. :p
 
These fake scans always make me giggle a bit, especially the Rayquaza-Dialga/Rayquaza-Palkia hybrid pics. This one amuses me as well, as it's clearly a mix of Ludicolo + Mega Swampert, plus the person who made this simply used Mega Sceptile's Japanese name.
 
If I were to create Mega-Ludicolo, only thing I would do is slightly extend its body (especially hat), and that's all. There's not much changes you could make to some Pokémon like this, unfortunately. If you do, it might wind up looking a little too distinct from its original form, which wouldn't be the wisest thing since mega-evos are supposed to affect your structure at a minimized level.
 
It's pointless to put effort into something like that, especially when Mega Swampert was revealed days before - it's a pretty hot topic right now, and most people have probably seen its art. There's literally no way to tell between that Mega Ludicolo design and Mega Swampert's body except for an odd recolor that doesn't match at all. :[

I'm certain that fake meant the first(or should I say firsts) Mega exclusives (or exclusive) for ORAS not in the generation or franchise as a whole.

I heard a rumor that Pacidlog town will be bigger. However it doesn't look that way if one looks closely on the map :/

Yeah I agree! I was thinking of the lines that Mega Ludicolo can use a bigger hat lmao xD Maybe have leaf cannons as hands? I think that would be a little overshooting it haha
 
Huge sombrero with maracas for hands and with a single rattle a mountain of tacos appears.

Okay wow so far in left field, but I do think its sombrero would enlarge and it might get bigger and its fur would start to curl around its body in a cool pattern, maybe really get maracas or something that would contribute to its ability/a new attack idk!!
 
If it doesn't already have this move, then maybe Belly Drum? I don't know, I could imagine it hitting itself with those maracas, somehow, haha.
 
Ludicolo likes a Mexican hat. Perhaps he should go to Brazil and learn samba.

World Cup, and all.

But still. Mega Ludi would mean Mega Shiftry, sooo...

Haha, that creates a wonderfully hilarious mental image. n__n; Honestly, I can't imagine what Mega Ludicolo would look like myself, except for maybe growing a bit and having its sombrero lengthen. If they do decide to develop one for it, I'm anxious to see how it looks. Maybe Miror B will get a cameo. Unlikely, but who wouldn't want to see that?

Actually, I've seen a better color one. And look at the llast screenshot. It's still likely Photoshoped but still

If you mean the last screenshot on the poster, it's no different from the rest of them - discolored. May's outfit is yellow, haha. Lati@s hasn't been revealed yet, but it's been discovered already. The only new thing from it is the group of Pokemon silhouettes assumed to receive Mega evolutions in ORAS. Most of them would make sense, granted, but that doesn't mean the poster is legit.

Yup Mega Ludicolo with Leaf Cannon Would look great. They can also extend the hat and place a blade of leaf in his mouth and whip up some kind of pose to give a sharpshooter effect to Ludicolo
