1 and 4 are deffo your best looks. Normally I prefer longer hair on guys but short on you makes you look quite sophisticated and approachable. 1 gives off a bad-boy vibe but also makes you look a lot more younger/juvenile; depends on the look you want tbh!
I am sorry though I disagree with 3.. it looks way too early-90s style to me. :c

I should get one that's really nice like that though. My hair genetics seem to be coming from my maternal grandmother which my uncle got and he has a thick beard, and even then my father does too which is also cool. One day......

You're only 16 dude, you'll get a beard eventually! Mine took a while to grow out fuller and not grow out so patchy and it's still not completely full.
