How much do you care about them? Not much or do you keep them structured as a friends only thing? Do you add people or do you just add someone when they've added you.

I remember back in the day I never really cared who I added and most of the people who added me were people joining my groups in the Pokemon Groups section even if they posted once or were regulars. Not to mention a lot of randoms too.
After a few years, I cleared my PC friends list and restricted it to people who I at least know who they are. I don't really go out of my way to add someone as a friends, but I'm happy to add people as friends as long as I've seen them enough times around the forum or conversed with them at some point.

Usually, if the person has talked to me... and they add me, I'll add them back. I'm the type of person who would feel bad about denying someone else's request. So, I usually accept them. I should probably talk to the people on my friend list more though, but social interaction isn't my strong suit. :x I usually let people add me. I don't like adding others for the fear that they might deny my friend request. ><

I'm actually rather lax with my friends list here, usually if someone adds me I'll add them back because why not. I don't see the harm in doing so even if I don't know them that well. This is assuming I don't totally forget to add them. ... <_<

And the only people I've taken off my list are people that are currently banned forever - and that was mostly in the interest of just making my list look neater. Otherwise I don't, I'm really not that picky about people on my list here.

I'm not usually restrictive as far as friend requests go, I'll happily accept anyone but it's usually recommended you talk to me in some way so I can get to know you better and if someone sends me a request I'll usually accept it in a heartbeat. The only thing I don't allow is banned members, so if one does get banned I usually have to clean them out because I like my list to look tidy and banned members are uh... very untidy.

I don't really get the point of the PC friend list - unlike anywhere else, it's not actually functional (as in, unlike Facebook or something I don't need to add you to interact with you) and I don't feel like I need to display my friends in a box on my profile. So I've never actually added anyone myself, but I accept any friend request, because why not. Again, unlike other sites, they don't have any more or less access to you either way, so I don't see the point in adding or not adding to it at all.

There's quite a few PC members I talk to on Skype and/or play games with daily/on a regular basis whom I don't have on my profile friend list.

I have sent one friend request in my time on PC. I just wait for people to send them to me, and I never reject friend requests.

I usually accept whoever adds me, but if people add me of their own accord and then never talk to me, I do eventually clean out my list and get ride of people. I think that's how I've always done it.

I usually will accept as long as I know or like you but I don't really care about it that much. I clean my list out about once ever year and remove banned members or old alternate accounts.

I don't send many friend requests very quickly, only to people I've talked to a lot, but it doesn't necessary have to be via VM/PM, over the forums works too. But if someone adds me, I'll probably add the person back if I at least know the person at some point.

I accept anyone who adds me unless I absolutely hate them or I just forget. the former has not happened yet but the latter has. I very very rarely add people, only if I've actually talked to them for awhile / they have done something for me or something.

I won't accept anyone I haven't talk to personally, or clicked with in a thread. Not to say that I don't want to get to know new people, but I'm kind of a forgetful person and I like to keep my friends list strictly to those who I've become good friends with in my 11 years on PC :)

Hence the amount if inactives on my friends list ;_;...

I add people when I'm talking to them, and enjoying it. What I am bad at though, is keeping in contact with people on my friends list. I'd like to talk to everyone more, but it's work and all.

I'm not really good at making new friends, but I don't really mind receiving friend requests 8D
