You have to go to Bug Forest, fight the Royal Darkness grunt (correct me if I'm wrong), follow the forest path until you get out, then continue through sky path until you arrive in Rentelbud City. The 2nd gym is there.

You have to beat the gym in Selaro Town, leave through the east exit of the town, go south until you can't anymore, then head west.

Here this might help you.

Increasing Happiness

• Walk 256 steps while having your pokemon in your party
• Give the pokemon a vitamin (ex: PP UP, Calcium etc.)
• Usage in important battle (Gym leaders, Elites, Champion)
• Level up pokemon

Decreasing Happiness

• Pokemon faints in battle
• Use of Energypowder
• Use of Heal powder
• Use of Energy Root
• Use of Revival Herb

Go to the PC and get Rock Smash.
Then go Into the Bug Forest through the other exit.

Yeah, I'm still waiting because my computer's battery is old, and I need a new one to make it stop overheating. Whenever I load VBA, it overheats. I didn't have much though and I haven't played in a while.

Oh, and also, if anyone is still stuck facing shadow lugia, I looked in advancemap to see how to get out, and I saw a script tile behind shadow lugia.

Or you can use cheats. They work too. If they don't, close VBA, then reload it and the cheats list.

Registeel in electric cave
and arceus is west-south from green valley in a cave blocked by an invinsible kecleon get all legendaires first
