I like Erica's idea of maybe a gaming night each night. Maybe have an emblem for each of the nights (sort of like how GameSpot gives an emblem for each of the E3 Press Events you watch).

Maybe for one of the threads, have some type of history thing for the members of PC. Such as their fav moments, or how much they or PC has changed, or maybe some things related to past PC Get-Togethers and so on. Something that isn't as formal or down the line as the other threads or events.


I just get this strange feeling that tons of different emblems will be handed out. XD

For the game nights, I'd be more than happy to try and organize Nazi Zombie matches on PSN, and Burnout Paradise sessions, I'll even work on a few emblem concepts.
 
I guess I could try organize a massive MSN session, depending on the time that it starts.

So this is an Internet meeting of PC members here on PC with events, or what? Especially that "mass-email" is confusing for me. Yeah I'm just a dumb member. ._. X3
 
The mass e mail is to alert every registered member that we are doing this get together. I think it's also a way to reach out members who have sadly left PC for personal reasons but who would might want to come back, even just for the day.
 
Here's some lil' bits of info on our (Steven / Careful With That Axe, Pichu! and I) scavenger hunt stages. ;D

1st - Riddles
In this stage we'll test your wit. The fastest thinking members will advance first!

2nd - Find & Retrieve
Your ability to seek and destroy will prove useful in this ever-challenging stage~

3rd - Events
Oh how memory serves one well!

(the following is not directed at Kota only, but at everyone)

Guys, you have to remember something really important too. We're employing strong preventive and supervisory measures for the event just in case, you have to bear this in mind:

Don't commit to organize or manage an event if you're not absolutely sure you will be able to. We really, really don't want people backing off at the last minute. Like I was telling Jake the other day, people back off with a simple MotM...

People tend to get all excited in planning topics, with the rain of ideas and all, everyone takes it easy. But it then turns out it isn't as simple as it sounded on the planning thread, and it actually requires some work, effort and dedication to work nicely, so then people start changing their minds.

Remember this is an event we want to develop in a really polished way. If you're not ready to take care of an event the best way possible don't volunteer in the first place.
 
You have a right to stress that point, but I really can host the tounament if you'd like. I know all of the tournament regulations due to be being Semi-Pro on GameBattles.

There's about 3-5 of us who play from time to time. I've noticed more of us play World at War though, but sure, I could try and round up a group.
 
Well, I don't know how popular Runescape is, amongst PC members, but if I can get a backer and a staff member to contact me and let me know they're interested, I'd be more than glad to host a runescape clan for PC. :P (I'd have to dust off my character but oh well)

We could do silly things like walking through Varrok in a conga line stopping every few steps to 'dance' xDD
It'd certainly be fun to make a few people go 'wtf?!' among other activities I don't mind planning, if people express interest in having a Runescape outing. xD

But... this is a PC event. Not against the idea, just don't see how the Get-Together would benefit from it. ;D
 
Sorry, for now this is tl;dr. Are we hosting a Super Smash Bros. Brawl Tourney?
 
Has anyone offered to host a Pokemon Tournament yet?
Also, sorry if this has already been suggested, what if the final 4 of all the tournaments/contests got an emblem?
 
Aww August?! I really hope it isn't in August, cuz I'll be on vacation in Jule and August. ;_;
 
I've made my suggestion for an event I'll be holding (If accepted) but I'll need people to help me out with it, if you're up for it then let me know so I can tell you what to do.

Hehe. I think my idea falls under the subset of gaming activities. Kinda like a Mario Kart tournament. I was also thinking of a group melee out in the wilderness somewhere, just for fun. :D If everyone would willingly carry one valuable item, wear no armor, carry no food or equip any weapons, and carry one item as a 'reward' it'd be fun. :D
