hmmm... interesting. nice math! we need arceus though, he's the one one i havnt gotten yete.
 
I have a hacked Arceus in the Ranch, not that it makes any difference since I made it... so stupid... Hope to get a legit one (on Platinum)
 
whens the next corocoro come out? this thread is slowly dying, we need more to speculate!
 
I have contacted Nintendo about Pokemon PLatinum- no you can't get it shipped to you, but I am asking about a few rumors and if the Platinum Demo will be on the Nintendo Channel in the US/Canada. Hoping to get an answer...
 
Well it is possible. And if you contacted nintendo ask what those shadows are! Yeah i dont believe you.

Aha ok sorry then. Could you at least ask them when they plan on releasing it? I mean for knowledge purposes and a guess of how much time i have to waste till then.
 
I asked about the demo, that'll give you time to get Nintendo Channel. Won't ask the release date, won't get too needy. Serebii should do that.

EDIT: It was leaked, Spring 2009. That's all we know so far.

No the lord. Anyweh im wondering is that flashlight gym fatina or sunnyshore. Or mabye and this is insane to the max:
The gym is now haunted. Volkner being a crazy nutjob found the torn world a challenge. So what better place to put a gym?
 
I think that the Torn World's eternal darkness caused a protection shield towards the sun, making everything cooler (duh) and Sunyshore runs on solar energy, but with nearly no power (all of it goes to the lighthouse or else all ships will hit the Snorlax Stone) Sunyshore's gym will be in darkness. That makes MUCH more sense.

Yes, but why would it need a sun-proof shield if it goes into another dimension?
Sunlight, to my knowledge, cannot go through dimensions.
thus, the torn world must be in another place in space(in another dimension of course) where there is no strong sunlight to brighten the place up.
But it can't be eternal darkness because you wouldn't be able to see anything and the screenshots of the torn world would be completely dark. a negative picture in other words.
And its a munchlax stone.
 
It's Sunyshore, right? Yes it is- and I'm out of ideas...
 
Yeah its sunnyshore. I hope tomorrow the scans come. Or im goin chuck. Chuck norris. XD anyweh im thinking for crasher waker um....ah! I know. Gym only items. Yeah for waker you get a surfboard in sunnyshore a flashlight in snowpoint a snowboard and so on. Good no? And in canalave gym a mining pick were yo udig through walls to get to the leader. A maze of course included. Good no?
 
Nintendo won't listen to you anyway, y'know? I tried asking them for that.
 
Dude... they'd never EVER reply to me for a question like that. But I could try! A good question or two would be: Is there going to be a catchable Regigigas in Platinum? Can we expect those shadowed Pokémon to be in Platinum?
 
I think that they aren´t going to kick either Cynthia or Volkner out of the game. If Volkner becomes the new Sinnoh Champion and part of the Elite Four it is possible that they does the exact thing what they did to Steven in Hoenn region (in Emerald game) as they put him to be the major Champion who reappear after beating the E4. Cynthia would be still in major part in the game and someone would replace Volkner (like Wallace´s mentor Juan did in Emerald) and take the charge of the Sunyshore city and its gym but it is possible that they won´t do anything of these things and just brutaly kick Volkner out of the game just like that... :D It is also possible that Sunyshore city´s gym wouldn´t bace on electric-type anymore but it is also possible that someother gym leaders would be sacked too as Fantina could be replaced with someone else as she can be put in charge of something else like some competitions or something... For now it is still too early to say anything as we haven´t got any new information... :D
 
Of course Regigigas will be available. They have never released a third installment that allowed you to access less.

Summary: The five silhouettes are indeed Pokémon that are possibly related to one another. Rare in-game items related to these silhouetted Pokémon (and which are otherwise unobtainable via normal play) will be distributed between September 28 and November 4. The ad then points to preordering Platinum as the first step to obtaining these rare goodies.
The full translation is as follows:
Red header (literal translation): "The Pokémon of these silhouettes are one body/group/company?"
In other words, "Are the Pokémon represented by these silhouettes related in some way?"

Yellow banner: Tools/items related to the Pokémon represented by these silhouettes will be distributed between September 28 (Sun) and November 4 (Tue)


Blue oval: [These tools/items] cannot be seen/obtained during normal play!

Yellow text: First, let's preorder Pokémon Platinum!
