So besides the new chapters included, what other changes were made? I saw the 'Pika' is consderably weaker offensively and has less than mediocre HP, while giving him Volt Tackle. I usually keep him on my team but he's hard to keep now with a lowly 39 HP at level 15. Anyway, love the new update so far.

Nope. You can play whatever bonus chapter you may have missed, but beyond that, there isn't much else to do after winning the Orange Cup.

You can grind and take on the Lv255 rematches if you want.
I know there's at least one new fight of those added in the Orange Archipelago.

I wish I could help, but I don't have an iDevice. One thing that I can tell you though is that this ROM Hack is not very friendly with hardware accurate emulators.
If Delta tries to emulate the GBA accurately, it will probably not run Red Chapter.
The general suggestion is to use VisualBoyAdvance on Windows PC.
For mobile, you can try MyBoy! though that's a GBA Emulator for Android, not for iOS.

Shangjuan Island… The Island where kids are regularly kidnapped… You were able to save Elena from the murderer just in time, but something is strange with her. Why is that Hypno always with her? Completing this chapter will reward you with Dark Hypno.

* Nightmare Eater Chapter
In the Sudachi Island stand many ancient monuments. Pictures on the monuments show the story between the fight of the ancient civilisation against a dark fog. Completing this chapter will reward you with the dark fog Pokémon.

* Nurse Graduation
A Chansey has continuously failed her degree for the last five years. Help this Chansey finally graduate to become the best nurse Pokémon in Kanto! Completing this chapter will reward you with Gleesy.

* King Carp
A giant carp was recently spotted attacking swimmers in the ocean around Pumello Island. Investigate that giant Pokémon with the help of Professor Oak and Professor Ivy. Completing this chapter will reward you with Kingcarp.

* Mirage Pokémon
An Island that only appears on certain time of the day has magically appeared before your eyes. That island is known as the Mirage Island. Completing this chapter will reward you with a Mirage Mew.

* Mirage Tower
A tower hidden from plain view in the Mirage Island hosted many secrets of the battle between the Light and the Dark deities. Cipher isn't from our world? Arceus is not the true god? Who is the true god?

* Haunted House
A demonic presence is haunting this house. The family is in trouble. It is up to you to save them. Completing this chapter will reward you with a Halloween Gengar.

* New Hope Chapter
There's still hope for Sougo! Travel to the Lunar Submit in the Hoenn Region to find the Lunar Wing from the Lunar Pokémon. Completing this chapter will reward you with the Lunar Pokémon.

* Cissy's Trial
Cissy's trial is about to start. You are called upon as a witness to her trial. Her fate is entirely on your hand. Completing this chapter will reward you with a Squirtle.

* The Big Wedding
Attend the wedding of Rudy and his mysterious new bride. Completing this chapter will reward you with a Mime B.B.

* Flower Budd Village
A village lies past Pummelo Island in Tarroco Island. Completing the events in Flower Budd Village will reward you with several Pokémon including a Charmander and Smoochy.

* Zilla
The abandoned Power Plant in Lemon Island has exploded. Radioactive waste caused four native Pokémon to mutate. The destruction needs to be contained before it's too late. Completing this bonus chapter will reward you with the kaiju Pokémon.

* Final Stardom
Today is the day for Jigglypuff big concert! Help the little guy out. Completing this chapter will reward you with JigglyMic.

* Trust in your Instinct
The three leaders of Instinct, Mystic and Valor is finally making their move against a new villain group. Find out the truth behind the burning of the Tin Tower, and when all else fails, trust in your instinct. Completing this chapter will reward you with En, Sui and Rai.

* Omneon
Mysterious portals have started appearing all over Kanto. Each portal contains a strange beast. It is up to you and Eevee to stop these beasts from entering your dimension.

Blue's journey in the Orange Archipelago has been mysterious. She wasn't there to attend the Orange League so why was she really there? Help Blue find clues of her parents.

* Orphan
Remnants of Team Rocket are still running amuck in Lavender Town. A poor cubone's mother was killed during this incident.

* Regi
A cave has opened up in Shangjuan Island cave after an earthquake. That cave houses a mysterious Pokémon.

Additional contents will include:

* Master Trainers
Trainers will start appearing after the Orange League across the regions. These pokemon specializes on a certain Pokémon. You can only battle them with the same specific Pokémon. These Trainers are tough.

* Warped Dimension
Venture into a portal to a dimension where there's no time and space. The dimension where even Cipher refuses to enter.
Battle against Trainers from across all generations. Catch Pokémon from across all regions. Everything that happens in this warped dimension is… NON-CANON to any future betas if anyone wants to pick it up from here!

* Yellow will start using her older sprite after the Orange Archipelago Saga.

* Blue and Green will start appearing as NPC in Pallet Town after the Orange League Arc.

* Crystalized versions of Blue and Green will also appear.

* Ho-Oh and Lugia will appear in the Orange Summit after the events in the Orange League.

* Players can collect a Shiny Charm from Professor Elm during certain days when he pays Professor Oak a visit after the Orange League.

* Megas will be available.

* Warped Dimension acts as a Battle Tower.

* All legendaries will be available in the Warped Dimension.

I haven't tried to change the levels of the rematch gym leaders to something lower but I'd like to. (Maybe 120 or something). I wasn't sure if other modding tools would screw with the game itself.

If this is possible, what does the creator use to edit trainers?

Also, I assume you can rebattle the leaders more than once correct?

No, that's some sort of joke NPC as per Aethestode's words, iirc. You can't really get the VoltorbGun.

Moonblast has 40 PP but I think I remember seeing a screenshot also having 40 so I suppose it's intentional? Also I've used it over 20 times on a pokemon that survived it but didn't lower its special attack. Could I just be unlucky?

After getting the HM08 dive, I directly goes to the lake where is officier jenny, i talk to the illusions and back to jenny, and a voice talk to me, then a go (like in the tutorial of lunos) down of the map but there is no pokemon

You have to talk with each NPC first, then go back to Jenny, AND THEN Evans will appear for you to interact with.
Also, you didn't need the HM to play that side chapter. You could have played it as soon as you got Surf.

I apologize for the many questions I've asked but does Kabiin still freeze the game upon level up? I'd like to use it on my team but not if it glitches out. I think I remember it being addressed last beta but just wanted to be sure.
