I think it did come out before, but yeah the only thing I could of liked emerald was the frontier when I played one for like 30 minutes demo... But I here how everyone loves emerald all the time, and how its one of the greats, dont know why though

I may get it one day, who knows...

I was going to buy emerald so i could complete my pokedex without trading, but i couldn't find one. So i was stuck at 465 since summer. Now that i'm on the forums, I'm at 483 and I'm almost there! I would've preferred doing it all myself, but to get the Johto starters, you have to complete the hoenn dex and i'd already started transfering pokemon to D/P
 
One of my memories was when I got my Dad up first thing in the morning to buy Emerald version. XD

I remember that perfectly, and when I finally got a Ho-Oh in Gold. XD
 
Oh, I remember the first time I faced Gary in the pokémon league in Yellow..........

I fell in love with the music that was playing when you battled him. And when your pokémon were being recorded into the Hall of Fame. That tune made me happinessy.
 
Once I heard a rumor that if you beat the Elite Four 100 times in Blue or Red you won a Mew, so I brought my Trio of Pokemon and tried to defeat them 100 times. XD

When I was young, I heard the rumor in leafgreen, if that you beat the entire E4 with just mewtwo, no items or anything, you'd get mew...

It took a long time to do but I did it, no mew, shows the internet lies, and that I made one insane accomplishment ;D

I sure didn't. I caught a Mew with the Mew-glitch in Red....

lol, I meant young in the fact that I was inexperienced with the internet, not knowing it lied.

Also, Ive heard some pretty strange mew rumors, like in DP if you climb the mt.c 100 times up and down, you'll get mew, someone actually did it (my friend not me) and NOPE
 
No, I didn't have enough patience to battle them 100 times, the rumor wasn't true anyway. XD There are sooooo many rumors about Mew, and none of em' are true. You can only get it in giveaways.

What about those rumors about G/S remakes? (here we go again......) Are some true?
 
I never knew there were rumors about G/S remakes, shows how much I know on da web. XD

There are rumors on everything with pokemon these days, no patience these days ;D

speaking of glitches...did any of you hear about the Blue/Red glitch for getting a LOT of items?
 
Yes. The one when you surf along the coast of Cinnabar with the specified item in your.... sixth slot. I've never made that work. I haven't really felt the urge to try it ^^ I can break your game.

oh, trust me...it works ^^ It works SO much that...it broke my Blue game ;_;..but it was still cool! I did it with Rare Candy. So I could level up pokemon like nuts!

The only items that I like to get are rare candies and mega potions. I don't need items.
 
I never use rare candies. I sell them early on, they just fake your levels. The pokémon get much better if it receives real training. The stats.
