There probably won't be one, which means Nintendo will be left with two options: Remake Gold, Silver and Crystal or whatever, or just say that Pokèmon is over. I'd say the latter.

I'll bet my money on the remakes. They redid Kanto, right? Why shouldn't they redo Johto in DS shape?

It's not going to happen. Nintendo have said it's not going to happen and the clues in Diamond and Pearl were put there just so we'd have something to talk about while we waited for the Yellow, Crystal and Emerald equivalent to Diamond and Pearl.
 
Honestly, I don't see Nintendo giving up on their cash cow. They keep finding ways to reinvent mario, why not pokemon? D/P (or it's 3rd version) isn't the final note they should leave on. Maybe if they had one final game that spanned the 4 lands, and had a great story arc, they could call it quits, but i doubt that'll happen.

And I don't know if we really need a G/S remake, but a return to Johto at some point would be cool. Then again... a G/S remake would incorporate Kanto too, and it would be cool to see those two continents/countries (i forget what designation to use) looking like D/P
 
I believe you should call them regions. Or countries then. They're on the same continent, only Hoenn is an island of its own.

Or? Where exactly are Sinnoh and Orre?

Sinnoh is the region based in the fourth generation games, and Orre is the region based in PokèCollaseum.
 
Yes Onie... I know that. But I mean like this. Johto is situated to the west of Kanto, and a fair guess is that the pretty tropical Hoenn lies in the ocean to the south.
But where are the other two?
 
ive heard that theres gonna be a johto region game for the wii.also there probably wont be a 3rd sinnoh game,think about it you can only get palkia on pearl and dialga on diamond so they woodnt make 1 where u can get giratina only.yeh fable how *** red yellow blue FR and LF were not based around legendaries like D/P E/R/S.and why is it these days the games r based around stones.me and mectric made up pkmn starburst and Moondust/moon shine.

On the location of johto, I think it's south east of sinnoh. As jasmine is in sunyshore, so that could be a location thing. I'm not sure, but that's what I think. Anyways it may seem like nintendo is running out of ideas, but just when we all start thinking this, they pull something out. And oni, of course they are saying they arn't making one. They're secretive like that, and they never release info important like that early, they still want us to ride the diamond and pearl wave.

Sinnoh's North East of Johto and Kanto.

And lol @ the Nuzleaf thing. That's only in the dub, right?

Well emerald featured Raquyza (s/p) on the cover yet it was obtainable in Ruby and Sapphire... Plus Giratina is the 666 pokemon, so it seems like it's the most important out of the "legendaries" you can capture in-game.

Oh and i completely spaced on the fact that Kanto and Johto are connected... my bad.

hey did u guys use the master ball on dialga/palkia?oh yeh did u no that munchlax was 1 of the first ever pokemon made but they came up with snorlax and they thought that he was better so munchlax is not actualy new.GARCHOMP

lol i never new that nuzleafs wore fancy dress outfits

@_@ god have we given up on proper spelling?

Personally I saved my masterball for one of the legendaries after Palkia and Dialga... I actually haven't used it yet, I'm waiting for Arceus or Shaymin, i figure Arcues might be the hardest one to catch and the last one i need so I'm just saving it to make that last capture easy.
 
arceus is at lvl 80
shaymin at lvl 30
and darkrai at lvl 40

you gain acsess to them at a nintendo event
 
I brought over the Master Ball from LeafGreen and Emerald. Used them to net Heatran, Giratina and Cressila. But planning on finding a used FireRed and taking the Master Ball from there to net Shaymin (and get an Ekans from it and a Growlithe)
