Great, so just use all of those. ESPECIALLY Starmie.
 
I love Starmie. X3 It's one of the only Psychic/water pokemon there is.
 
Slowking is the only other psychic. Unless they've just recently created another.

So Twinx doesn't understand what's happening in the thread and decides that he should regain control by bluntly changing the topic. Real mature, Twinx, real mature.

On that note, if you mean normal training to beat the next Gym Leader or whatnot, it was a Starly. If you mean EV training, the first Pokémon I trained was a Pichu, who later evolved into a Pikachu, who later evolved into a Raichu.

Okay, just keep cycling around the region for about half an hour. Then get your Eevee up a level through means of Rare Candy or battling at the right time (night or day, depending on what evolution you want) and the Eevee should evolve. If he/she doesn't, cycle around for another half an hour.
