Problem With EQUALIL even after i catch him. How do i fix this.​

What I did was goto a nearby hole, and go through that part again.
Then, he'll be gone.

I didn't end up in the Pokemon Center. I fell into the St. Anne Cruise ship

You fell through the wrong whole. After you catch equalil there's a hole at the end. Fall thru there and that takes u 2 the poke center which is the end of the alpha.
