  • J is for Janusia, the French name of Opelucid City, a name given to it in the honor of the ancient Roman god Janus, who has two faces, one looking into the past and the other looking into the future. The name obviously refers to the two very different aspects the city takes in B1/B2 and W1/W2.

    Y is for Yanmega, a Generation 4 Pokemon that evolves from a Generation 2 Pokemon that also starts with a Y. (I think this was done before, but whatever)
