It may be more correct to say that Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan were inspired by Tadashi Sawamura and Hiroyuki Ebihara, given their original Japanese names. Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee were just more recognizable to English-speaking audiences.

Snorlax was based on game designer Koji Nishino, and Kadabra pulls inspiration from illusionist Uri Geller.

There was a joke around the time of Sun/Moon was that Gumshoos was Donald Trump. It's definitely not really based on him though. Not sure if there's a lot of Pokemon inspired by a specific real person.

Maybe not so much the name (though I've heard that its Japanese name is possibly referencing a supposed nickname of his), but Snorlax itself is based on Nishino. There was an interview where iirc both Sugimori and Nishino confirmed this, and then in Gen V there's an NPC in the Game Freak building who looks kinda like Nishino who (half-jokingly) introduces himself as Snorlax.

• Mr. Mime: Marcel Marceau, a famous mime. Named the traded Mr. Mime in Generation 1 "Marcel", also.
• Mr. Rime: Charlie Chaplin, a comedian and dancer. Mentions Mr. Rime being "the Comedian Pokemon".
• Obstagoon: Gene Simmons, best known as a member of the band KISS.

Abra, Kadabra and Alakazam are, in a way. But also not really at the same time.

Snorlax is based on one of the developers of Pokemon. His name is Koji Nishino. Other than that, I haven't a clue.
