FireRed hack: Pokemon Orange Islands

I was going to trade from Emerald Final (which should also be compatible with trading, and had no errors from that ROM) to Orange Islands. I can use PKHeX to get around it for functionally the same thing, just wondering if there's anything I'm missing regarding trades with Hoenn? (this was on mGBA in a multiplayer window)

The game only contains the 151 Pokemon of the 1st Generation. You're not supposed to be able to trade with other Generations. It is also not advised to trade with other games than Orange Islands due to the changes that have been made in the movepools, evolution methods, etc.
 
Hello,

Loving the game so far! I'm wondering is there a way to get more TMs? and is there a move reminder/move tutor in this game? I'm always scared to use my TMs when they are non-reusable lol
