    Is there a Pokemon that....

    The objective is to name a Pokemon that matches the characteristic that the previous poster described. If there is no answer, just give a long explanation.

    I'll start...

    Are any Fairy-type Pokemon capable of Mega Evolving? Is so, name one.

    Are there any psychic types with higher attack then special attack?

    Dratini is a cootie pie, and it learns Extremespeed from the guy in the Dragons Den in HG/SS.

    Is there a dragon-type that only evolves once thats not a legendary?
     
    Tyrunt is pretty much the only one!

    Are there any fast rock types? (Fast = above 90 speed)

    Are there any Pokemon that is fully evolved, but can't learn any HMs?

    BTW, Dragalge said "Flying-types that can't learn fly". The correct answer would be all Bug-types, as well as the Jumpluff evolutionary line.

    However, in Pokemon Black & Pokemon White, Volcarona was introduced, and it can learn Fly, but it was not of the Flying-type.

    OK, name one Pokemon that was introduced in Kalos, and doesn't evolve at all (and to top that off, it shouldn't be of the Electric-type. And no legendaries, please.)

    A Pokemon like that is Hawlucha!

    Okay, now! Tell me of a Pokemon that could learn Heat Wave in the past, but in the current generation, needs it to be passed down by egg move using that same species of Pokemon from a different generation.

    Actually not all bug types are flying types, for example, Caterpie, Metapod, Pinsir, Scatterbug, etc.

    Are there any moves that are more powerful than Hyper Beam?
     
    Absol! It can learn Curse by breeding with Bidoof/Bibarel!

    Are there any moves that have their power increased by a stat-boosting move (e.g., Iron Defense, Amnesia, etc.) that DOESN'T boost Attack or Special Attack?
