1. The ladder in this picture leads to the scenario in picture 2. Note that you can reach the area in this picture if you go up the ladder in this picture from the place that this ladder is supposed to lead to (not sure if that makes much sense but hopefully you'll know what I mean)
2. A battle colloseum in the whirl islands? (As a result of going down the ladder in picture 1) must be a bug...
3 and 4. No way of escape.
5. Theres a guy on the railway track!

I can't display the TR guy that heals your pokes without starting over again. Its the same guy that charges $1000 in the same place where TR charge $1000. I honestly thought that him healing your pokes was just something you added lol.

Also, quick question - if this is a gold remake, will the likes of ledyba, delibird, skarmory, vulpix etc be in the game, except pretty rare?

(I saw a claydol but not a baltoy! wierd!)

Once again, 1,2, I've checked, and I forgot the real warp... Grrr...
And 3,4 well, I'm not that good to think about escaping routes (I don't know why but liked the idea of going down the waterfall, and getting stuck unless you had an Escape Rope, or HM Waterfall... :badsmile: But, it may be annoying... So, I wonder how could I make the player go back... I don't want to ruin the puzzle I've made to reach that place... Ah! I know how to fix it! Done!
The Tower's even easier, wonder why I didn't put a jumping to the right?
Finally, about 5... How much time have you been waiting till he reached where he's standing...:P (His "starting position" is a few tiles ahead from the rails... But since he can "Walk around" he may reach that place... But odds of it reaching it are rare... Unless you were forcing it to reach that place...:laugh:)

About the Clyaydol, do you remember where? (at least, approximately, I may be trying to put a poke close by in the list)

I guess the pokes you mentioned were in Silver, right? I may try to look a new habitat for them, but as you say they should be rare (not as much as Hoenn's, but still a bit rare)

I found and caught a 20 lvl wild scizor(LOL). It was in the grass under the lake of rage, near the passage where rockers ask for 1000 $. I didnt remember finding a single scyther there in original gold , let alone scizor.

SINCE THERE IS NO DAY AND NIGHT IN FR...
If you want Espion you'll have to evolve Eevee with a Sun Stone, which you can get at the bug catching contest as a prize.
If you want Umbreon evolve Eevee with a Moon Stone.
 
Hi all! Shiny Gold is very wonderful, i love it ^_^ .
But I find one or two bugs in Shiny Gold X : 1) In the battle with Bugsy, at Azalea, him butterfree use the Sleep Powder against himself ( but not ever ) 2) ( i don't shure if it's a bug ) Aerial Ace can be learn to ...Quilava ._.'
Anyway it's a great hack, very good job Zel!! ^^ As say here, in Italy, In bocca al lupo ^^ translate is..in mouth of the wolf.. XD but i think in english this is unmeaning XD

Yea I spose thats the rare pokemon that Ard was searching for (what would I do without Siczor's false swipe, LOL) I guess Zel had to come up with a reason for Ard to show up Again.
 
Could someone pm me the pictures of all the towns and cities in shiny gold.... I am making a comic and i need them. I will give credit to zel of course and the person who pm's me them!

Im not worrying for Im not playing the game till all glitches are fixed and the full version of game is out.
 
Awsome, but how?! dont you get the silver feather first and the rainbow feather from whis guy at kanto?
 
Joe Fabtasy, in Gold, you got the Rainbow Feather first, and this is a remake of Gold, so...

Anyway, I hope you fix the glitches soon, Zel. This hack is truly a masterpiece.
 
Alright well zel, looks like many more people are posting glitches. Anyways, I just thought of something. You know the first three pages of pure text at the beggining of the game. You should change or take out the "Are you playing this on a PC?" because people get those thingys that make the game go to something you put in your GBA to play it on the GBA so they didn't buy it, but they're not playing it on a PC. But you could still not change that if you'd like, but its a tad weird if you are playing it on your GBA, and it's the first time you play the SG game. I mean, new people are posting here everyday, so... who knows?

EDIT: Just re-read some glitch posts... I wanna go find that Squirtle... Maybe you can steal it from Carlos :P jk jk

I noticed you creditted Ballad and the Platinum co for sprites, but did you ever think of asking them if it was ok to use them? Having more than one GS remake with the same sprites sucks.
 
Hmmm, I read every single detail at the first page, awsome, but very disscouraging! Is it true you wont be able to fix "The Other Glitches"? Please, say you will. Other than that, I havent encountered any glitches myself.
 
Hey I just found an interestingly funny glitch ^.^
When you walk into the Tin Tower, and Silver's standing there, if you let him say what he says, and then go back down to the door, without exiting, and then walk off to the side, he'll keep moving down one square and eventually walk off the screen completely.
I thought that was great :D

As someone who is experienced enough in hacking (even though only mapping, I know my way around) The Other Glitches are quite the hard ones to fix. I mean, take for example, the Charizard sound you hear after pressing A on the title screen. That's some complicated $hit! It'll be hard, but we should have faith in zel.
