Post comments are back! REJOICE!

Well I've only gotten one in the last 3 years, and that was someone that just wanted to say something mean anonymously.

Is there any way to make it more prominent? Perhaps take it in the opposite direction of disabling it.

Hey guys! Due to the feedback from the community, we realized we made a mistake in disabling post comments. After discussing it, we decided to re-enable them since so many of you guys wanted them back! Sorry for the mistake, but they're back now yayayaya! So enjoy and rejoice!

Lol, you guys change your minds more often than the U.S. Government. XD

So very happy, you're all amazing thank you for bringing them back :)

Ahhh I'm ecstatic! Thank you h-staff!! :333

...............................k that was weird. Is this an early April Fools thing? Oh well. Thanks. Maybe I'll leave y'all more post comments now.

I never really used post comments, but I'm glad they are back, I'll start to use them more for posts I liked, or maybe just to troll.

Is there anyway to disable them? Nothing anyone says to me is very useful, just stuff like "what? lol", "screw u" or "nice" etc...T'is weird, in all the other threads before about post comments everyone said about how they never used them.

YAY IT'S BACK!!!
I'M SO HAPPY FOR EVERYONE AND FOR PC!!! YOU MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE :DDD

O_o That was changed back quick. I guess I'm glad they're back though, even though I rarely use them.

I'm sad to hear some people have received bad post comments. Like Yoshikko, I hope things will be better. I honestly wouldn't have been too bothered if post comments stayed disabled, but it's a little feature that's nice to use once in a while, so oh well.

Good to see it back, but I still think that this isn't the way to go. This should be an optional feature.

Personally I think it'd be better if you guys posted a thread asking members to give their input on features so you can come to an ultimatum (perhaps choose a few possible solutions like removing post comments, allowing users to disable them, or keeping them the way they are and make that into a poll thread, even). Coming to a conclusion with just the s-mods/admins' opinions in mind might not be the best idea (assuming this is what's done - if not, I apologize).

But anyways, I likely won't use this feature since I oftentimes forget it exists, but nice to see it back for those who appreciate it! :3

Consistency in decision making.

Good going.

Wow.

Next time you should probably ask the community about removing things before doing it.

This is the first time we have reversed a decision in such a way, and believe me when I say that there are good reasons behind this sudden change of opinion other than some of us waking up in a different mood.

Also, we'd rather go back and undo a mistake than go on with it just because we are too proud to accept the error.

Problem is, there are just too many people and not all of them check CQ&F or Announcements, so it would be hard to get everyone to vote about everything all the time :\ Still, sometimes it could be used to gather ideas, even if it the result wouldn't be final.
