Hey you didn't do so poorly! xD I think if you had some different items on those pokes you coulda done a lot better just for that too! If your Azumarill rocks the huge power and Aqua Jet, Play Rough, Waterfall, and Superpower, you may wanna vest it - it coulda taken that energy ball a lot better. Or something else, it has options. And your Salamence could've used a focus sash or yache berry - annnnd last thing I can think of would be to put either white herb or something else on Sceptile since it goes with Leaf Storm. :3 You really didn't do that badly though :V I think there's a few people here you could best in a match or two.

Did you wanna count that one for ours or not though - I know we talked about a warm up on VM's before this and I mentioned looking for Antebellum haha.

Whoops, updated it with that. Thanks for the catch! The list now has that match, as well as my very one sided loss to Antebellum lol.
 
Let's try another after I see if I have those items. White Herb I know I have, and I'm going to look into an item for others as well. Focus Sash I don't have yet. I still might swap a couple of others in after I train them and compare stats side by side; maybe I can do that some tomorrow.
 
Alrighty no rush. I'll be available tomorrow for matches too. And just to list this formally,

Polar Spectrum vs Antebellum - Antebellum won

Singles match -

Apparently we both recorded singles, but neither the doubles hahah. He won though.

And Elnoor and Fokko - I um. I think we need to finish those xD Fokko, I have 1 win to you in singles, and our doubles match was interrupted by that very unfortunate connection error - Elnoor, we're still tied, er - we have to redo one anyways. Soooo, hopefully you guys are around tomorrow :p I'll try and catch you if you're on.

Edit: Oh, and if everyone would kindly look at the results list up there, and double check to see that all your battle results are correct - that'd be great :P Pretty sure they're up to date and all right - but better to make sure.

Maybe once you defeat the four gym leaders there can be a checkpoint, so that if you say lose to the champion, you just have to re-challenge the elite members rather than all the gym leaders? Otherwise most of the battling will be concentrated on the first gym leader.
 
Just saw the poll added. And i think i know where this might be headed... anyways!

I say monotype, why? Because they always have, even elite members besides the champions. Plus, that's sort of the point, have a gym theme.

Let's just say that majority desides that it shouldn't be monotype... it wouldn't be challenging gyms and elite anymore... just 6 "chamions" persay.

Polar can you clarify? What are your thoughts on this?

Its really just 1 or 2 specialist pokes so gym leaders dont get steamrolled in a bad matchup. I think there will still be a feeling of authenticity haha

FYI, every time you edit that, anyone you quoted gets notified that they've been quoted again. Some of them might have four notifications now.

xD, sorry. Seriously though, Elnoor beat me with Darkrai in singles, does it count since smogon banned it?
 
Isnt it suppose to be hard? Monotype isnt hard. Just do it like Smogon Frontier. The "leaders" bring their best team. And they win. It's suppose to be impossible. That's why only like 3 people have beaten the Smogon Frontier the three seasons (Rey, Bloo and someone else I think).

I can do GSC/ADV and go undefeated with zero issue if needed.

we're not going for a smogon league though, we want ours to be a challenge but not unbeatable. otherwise people won't even try :x
