I think the idea is to provide a game atmosphere, as in a quote we say when engaging in battle, the badge being won, etc.

But at the same time, I go to the game and am like, "Bow, knave, you are about to be embarrassed". So I see your point too. {XD}

Well, if we linked all the GL threads in the main thread, they wouldn't have to hunt, but if you guys don't like the idea, then I guess won't happen. It was just an idea. But I do have an idea for the format of the one thread. Something like this?

Yo, that looks really good. Just gotta put in the rules and fill in the blanks (when all the types are picked and the badge sprites are made) and its good to go.

If you go back to the OP and click on "Thread Tools", there should be an option to edit the poll.
EDIT: Oh, wait you can't change your own poll. I could've sworn that you could, but I guess I just misread this post. Thought it said that you can change the poll, but its actually the thread title that you're allowed to change. Poll changing is still something that only staff can do. Whoops.

I'd recommend making all the listed names links to profiles for ease of contact, or something to that effect.
 
I have like, at least 10 posts multiquoted right now to respond to - but I just finished closing ceremonies at the con, and have to go out to dinner while the entire city of Baltimore is still colored bright technicolor pink and rainbow.

Expect a heavy post with responses to a lot of people in an hour or two - but for now, please lets not get ahead of ourselves, and focus on the task at hand to continue making progress. Right now, we're picking types - Enigma is next, and I know we can't do anything until he picks, but there's still many much more important things than gym leaders getting their own threads (which we REALLY don't need) and all that.

Speaking of - has Enigma been notified we're waiting on him? I'll send a PM now just in case.
 
Question. I didn't catch the end of that "should we have dual types" conversation. Was anything decided on for that?

Yeah, we're gonna go with the dual type thing. We're gonna start by going down the list with everyone picking one type, then going back up the list having everyone pick a second type.

I say 24 hours, then someone is skipped. As for when they re-enter, I have no clue. Go to the end, or they get next say?

Since 9th and 10th had identical records, I say give Ice there.

Ok sounds good. Well, if enigma, or whomever were to get skipped, as soon as they log back in they can pick their type. Hopefully we can get the gym types done by wednesday the latest.

Edit: Ok people, im gonna get some rest. Was hoping to get more accomplished by tonight. Be back early tomorrow!

Yeah, we're hog-tied until Enigma gets back to us. Saw he was on this morning, so hopefully he's here tomorrow morning to pick; otherwise, I say the type draft moves on.

And Zekrom, again, due to the tie, I suggest Ice get claimed as requested above. Unless Enigma won a tiebreaker somehow.
