That's impossible, since the egg is actually a "disabled" Pokémon.
Eggs are Pokémons, complete with stats, ivs, nature, shinieness and moves, but has a special code that prevents you from using it until it hatches.
The only way of having an increased chance of getting a shiny egg, is by in Platinum only(due to a bug) breeding a Shiny with a Non-shiny, in which case the egg would have a small, yet a lot larger than the usual chance of being shiny.
