That's impossible, since the egg is actually a "disabled" Pokémon.
Eggs are Pokémons, complete with stats, ivs, nature, shinieness and moves, but has a special code that prevents you from using it until it hatches.
The only way of having an increased chance of getting a shiny egg, is by in Platinum only(due to a bug) breeding a Shiny with a Non-shiny, in which case the egg would have a small, yet a lot larger than the usual chance of being shiny.
 
Ok, i have a question. Is there any way to use Giratina in it's origin forme in Platinum??i caught it, but it changed to the version out of D/P when i caught it.
 
Have Giratina hold the item "Griseous Orb" (found by going back to the Distortion World through Turnback Cave). While it does, it'll be in its Origin Forme.​

Yeah, there is. It's complicated, but possible (the first part). The RNG Research Thread at Smogon is what you want. The second part, however, is not possible. Every factor other than the IVs (gender, shinyness, nature, etc.) is determined when the egg is created, so it's impossible to reset for shinyness.

I don't exactly know what you're saying, but as I said before, IVs are not determined when the egg is created. They are determined when you receive the egg.

Also, that second part is just not true. Breeding a shiny with a non-shiny does nothing to help. Breeding international parents increases the chances of getting a shiny to 1/2048.

Yeah, the Griseous Orb. You can get it after you beat the Elite 4 by going through the portal in Turnback Cave. The path from there is fairly straightforward.

EDIT: Beaten, but whatever. I just need to add, you can still battle with Origin Forme Giratina against D/P. The stat changes will be there, the sprite just won't.

is wobbuffet uber?
i know it matters ona lot.
but the showdown dont say you cant use it(double battles)
but like smogon says it is.
overall is it?
(for single battles btw.)

It's ability is what gives it most of its Uberness, but yes. Wobbuffet is Uber. ​

UBER rankings on Smogon are separate from those rankings you find in the game (i.e. in the Battle Frontier). In the games, any true legendary Pokemon, such as Rayquaza or Jirachi cannot be used in selected battles. Smogon, however, dictates that Jirachi is in the OU (or, overused rank) while Rayquaza is an Uber, only eligible for fights with other Ubers.

Smogon rankings ONLY apply to certain (most, really) competitive battling spheres.

Like I said before: It will transform, but the stats and the ability will not. It won't look the same as the normal Origin Forme, but it will still be there.

TM64: Explosion is obtained in different ways depending on where your game comes from.

10 win combo...that even possible?

seems like the slot machines cheat, and you can only win when theres a pokeball/clefairy on the touch screen

And the same for Magneton---> Magnezone.



And how do you get Dialga nd Palkia in Platinum????

And although i'm assuming you need event shizz, can you get Shaymin-S in platinum normally, or do you need a trade or some event thing??

Glalie doesn't evolve; Snorunt evolves into Froslass when you use a Dawn Stone, only if the Snorunt is Female.​

Magneton evolves into Magnezone by gaining a Level on Mt. Coronet.​

You can get Dialga and Palkia in Pt. after getting the National Dex, by talking to Cynthia's Grandmother and finding the Adamant and Lustrous Orbs in Mt. Coronet. Back on Spear Pillar, you'll be able to battle them.​

To get Skymin (Sky Forme Shaymin), you'll need to get an Nintendo Event Shaymin to Platinum, have it in your party and talk to a lady in Floaroma. You'll get the Key Item "Gracidea", which you use to change any Shaymin to Sky Forme (It can't be in Sky Forme while Frozen or during night-time).​

OK, so I'm trying to breed my female Roselia. First I but it in the daycare with a male Pachirisu. The old man in front said that "the two don't seem to like each other much", so I took out Pachirisu and put a Cherubi in. Again, they didn't like each other much, so I trapsed all the way down to Floaroma to catch three more Pachirisu. Trying each of them in turn, for each of them I was told that "they don't seem to like each other much". I've checked, they're all of the right genders and egg groups. How is this happening? Am I missing something? Do they still breed even if they don't like each other? Help me please.

They will still breed, it will just take a bit longer than normal. The message for not getting an egg is actually "The two prefer to play with other Pokemon than with each other" or something to that effect.
