10/10 love this one. It's a simple change (just lightening and brightening the existing colors), but it's reminiscent of poisonous frogs with brightly colored bodies to warn predators, which is perfect for a poisonous frog like Toxicroak.

7/10 - it's nice and different enough, but like... it just feels so plain.

I say 7.5 It's good, not wildly different but I like the fuchsia markings and bright green eye, I think they're just better colors than before, less drag and the brightness makes it seem more dangerous since things that can be poisonous like dart frogs could have a pattern like that.

Jumpluff?

Kinda wish this line's shinies were shuffled differently. Swaps Hoppip into Skiplooms green for the shiny. Swaps Skiploom into a hotter pink version of Hoppip. Then they make Jumpluff also go pink... albeit closer to Hoppip's pink. Should've either made Jumpluff go green or Skiploom go blue imo.
Anyway.... 6.5/10 - it's solid, but not really that amazing imo.

More of a shiny that's appearing to girls than me. I will say though, the pink fluff reminds me of candy. 😋 4.9 out of 10.
