I've only seen that Pokémon like twice in my life, so I'll give it a neutral 5/10 for now! :)

1/10 I'm not gonna lie, I had to look up what that Pokemon was because I didn't know what Pokemon that was and now I remember. Maybe it's because I am not a big fan of the Turtwig line or what, but yeah, I don't care or like this Grotle. I do like Torterra a lot more.

8/10 Not anywhere being one of the best in terms of battling, and a more than questionable design for its normal form, but it is pretty cool how it changes form and type by weather, Weather Ball is a pretty cool move, and also I do find its base stat total pretty hilarious considering that it is in a rated E game.

Love the gender differences. Female has that beautiful long hair, but I do love how the male's mane resembles the kanji sign for fire.

9/10 It's so adorable for a little bell. I hate that it only evolves during a certain time of day when you have a high enough friendship, but still, it's so adorable.
