4/10. It has the least amount of good qualities compared to the other Eeveelutions, yet gets more love than it deserves (in my opinion). It does get points for being cute and strong, though.

9/10 - Lopunny was always a favourite of mine. I adore bunnies and Lopunny really feels like a cool Pokémon to use but I do find the design a tiiiiiny bit silly.

My bias is telling me to give it a 9/10! That thing is just too adorableee, and it was fun using it in Smash Bros. Melee despite being bottom tier material. xD
