I get helioptile too eh? Um, 8.5/10.

Solid score based on having a unique typing and giving another new dual typing to the oft neglected in terms of dual typings Normal type. Bonus points for an interesting design, tackling the frilled neck lizard, which we didn't have a pokemon version of (Look this animal up if you don't know what it is people, it can run on water) annnnnd for being sorta low key meta viable.
