9.5/10 I think it's a visually appealing color, also to me it looks like the sea and appropriate to where this pokemon comes from. I'd say it's a subtle and quieter shiny compared to some out there, but I also think there's enough of a difference in tone to still distinguish it from it's normal colors. So I think it's very good.

Edit: I immediately loved it's gold eyes, but I just realized now that the eyes are the same amber color of Latias' body in shiny form. That's an amazing detail!

I hope that I am not the only one who loves this one down below. I find her striking. Shiny Ninetales anyone?
