Okay, organization's good. Banner image itself is okay. But I dislike some parts of it. The red and orange background doesn't really suit our agent. Not a big fan of the texture on the upper part of the 'THE ORIGINAL'. It'd have been better if the upper part was a lighter/darker shade of the black used in the lower part. Or maybe dark red.

The only thing I'd change about this is that I'd put the text just a little lower so it's not touching the foot. Still, 10/10 anyway.

I think you could probably bring your signature much closer together via CSS and positioning the images with it, as well as incorporating the small amount text.
