If you look at the signatures of most of the experienced members here on PC, they'll have images or animated images in them. That includes supporters and staff. Besides, you were still supposed to rate Twilight-kun and Arcturus' signature. It's rude to both of them, because they were expecting a rating.

I'm a sucker for that part in the movie. I cry every damn time....

The animation could use a little work though, such as trimming out the part in the beginning where Pikachu has no tears, so that it's smoother continuous crying.
