The text in the banner seems not to fit in… also the text next to the banner seems a bit too tiny in comparison… but those are the sig rules … 7/10
 
Actually I can make my text whatever I want? o0;; It's alongside the banner, so it doesn't matter.

Anyway.
8/10. It's cute, but it's a little too simple. I understand it's under construction, though.
