I'm not a fan of either image. The text in the banner is a lil' too bit. Draws attention away from the anime character (Wendy from FT?). Maybe make it a little smaller and add some effects to the banner image? Or you can go for a different image altogether since the present ones don't really look all that high quality. Those pokemon at the bottom..idk.

Hmm, it's a 6/10.

Matches the whole Quilava thing but still, it's pretty random.
