Reputation?

I dont actually give reputation at all. Well I did give negative rep to a guy that kept flaming me, but otherwise, I'm not much of a person to do so. Though I would really like to see someone with 200,000 points...

I give reputation points to someone has good post in a thread. Bad post, I don't give bad reputation I would just ignore it.

I give out +rep to post that intruige me, or fill me with admiration. I rarely give out rep for posts that make me laugh though. A simple xD will suffice there.

I give out -rep for people that are just plain annoying in a thread. I don't -rep for spam or anything, that's what infractions and the report button are for.xD

I love the rep system. 8D

I give good rep where I feel it's necessary, I feel it's better not give out bad rep unless it's seriously warranted. I have yet to find a case that even comes close to warranting bad rep. I Rep others as I would want to be repped.

I give out a +rep to any post I find to be funny, interesting, or just plain good. I tend to hand them out occasionally, but I try to never abuse it.

I only hand out -rep to those users who made a really bad post, which rarely happens.

I do give out rep quite frequently, and I usually give +rep to posts that are well written. I do give out -rep for posts which show absolute stupidity and ignorance of proper posting ettiquete, and posts that just seem so dang pointless (Like I've -repped posts that add nothing to the conversation going on in the thread)

While it is true that I hand out more -rep, I try to give good rep as well. I generally try to avoid -repping a post unless it's completely pointless or spammy.

I haven't given out reputation since long before the reputation system was turned off. I would give bad reputation to about 5% of the posts I see but lately I've been trying to be nice. =\

I tend to give out rep every once in a while. Most of the time, I give it out when I see a person post a really convincing post in a thread that I believe makes a lot of sense.

I don't have much rep to give out, though.

I don't give reputation. The whole rep think is just one giant popularity contest, so I don't give out rep for just any post. I've given three reputation points; a good, a bad, and a good, given out April, July, and January first, 2009 respectively. I'll probably give a little more out than I'm used to because I'm planning on reading more carefully through the walls of text that some people post, but I'm not planning on giving out more than ten this year. ^^

Edit. I lied, I've already thought about this. I'm probably going to give out much more rep this year. Only for LAISDHGOAISGDH stand outish posts, though. =]]]

I am unsure as to whether I have repped, maybe just once and I cannot remember where it was if I have..
I do believe it is a popularity contest which may be why I haven't given much rep..
I might start using the reputation more, but only on things that I believe are deserving, not because the person is popular, but because the post was constructive and/or helpful in some way or another.

Almost all the reputation I have recieved (since I'm curious enough to look even though I've disabled it), both positive and negative, is not duly justified.

I rarely use it, only give when it's a very good post, to avoid abusing the system, kind of like everyone does. I don't really give bad reputation either^^

I give out Rep when nessecary or when I feel like being nice.

I never did before though, but hey, I need some way to praise posts that make me laugh. XD;

Then there's those posts that I really think are idiotic.. And yeah. :x

I think you're just taking the system too seriously.

I basically use the rep system as a way to comment on a person's post without taking the thread off-topic.

No, I've never given any good or bad rep to anyone yet, and I won't till this system is used by people who understand the purpose of this system.

Just like Cassino said, Almost all the rep I received, both positive and negative, is given for immature reasons.

Just cause you hate me doesn't mean you'll give me bad rep.
For this system's sake people, base this off our posts, not us as a person, and not for the reason that you don't agree with my opinion.

My posts might sometimes hurt people's opinion, but hey, that's just my opinion.
When did I strike back at other people's opinion, or sweared, or flamed anyone specifically?
