    Gengar Moveset

Idk im not a pro or anything but im thinking...

    Hypnosis
    Dream Eater
    Shadow Ball
    Dark Pulse

I don't really do competitive to just beat people mainly for fun...

Hypnosis + Dream Eater is epic failure in battling, due to sleep clause people can just switch their sleeping pokemon out without getting any more pokemon slept. Hypnosis also has VERY shaky accuracy in PtHGSS, so it's not all that useful anymore, unless you run something weird like a gravity team or if you still use D/P xD

Those are some good Gengar sets for you. If you don't play too competitively (like if you only battle your friends) you can disregard EVs and natures if those are too complicated for you. They shouldn't be though.. just learn about them.

btw Shadow Ball+Dark Pulse also sucks because you auto lose to stuff that resist the combo like Ttar or Scizor :p

Sorry if this was a bit too complicated for you :3

How should I EV train my Luxray? Hold item?

    Luxray (m) @ Adamant & Rivalry
    -Spark
    -Night Slash
    -Ice Fang
    -Return

Intimidate is better imo, but its whatev. UMMMM, put Superpower >> Return, give it a Choice Band for Item and go 252Atk/252Spe/4<wherever>

    Okay so Magneton it is.
Also I guess I could use Tryraniboah instead. I was trying to be creative by not using cliche Pokemon but what the heck the things kicks ass.

Anything works in game. Pick one.

EDIT:Hey, so I'm thinking of writing an article for The Smog (I realize this has nothing to do with PC, but its a simple question, and I was wondering if some of you who are experienced at battling (OU) and you know who you are, could send me a PM about how you feel about the current metagame and what changes you would like to see, please and thanks. Also, if have one, leave me your smogon username. Thanks in advance.

    Dragonite moveset idea

So I was thinking to do this:
    Dragonite
    Brave
EV: 252 ATK, 152 SP. ATK, 52 DEF, 54 SP. DEF

    -Dragon Rush
    -Fire Blast
    -Extremespeed
    -Earthquake

Item: Zoom Lens (20% accuracy increase if he goes last, making D. Rush 90% and Fire Blast 100%)

With Fire Blast, he can counter physical walls, especially Skarmory with 100% accuracy. The defense EVs are for some defense since he is made to go last.

Which Eevee evolution is the better "Heal Bell" ?

Probably Umbreon or Vaporeon, depending on what fits your team the best, Leafeon could work too, but its attack type is pretty meh in OU.

So I was thinking to do this:
    Dragonite
    Brave
EV: 252 ATK, 152 SP. ATK, 52 DEF, 54 SP. DEF

    -Dragon Rush
    -Fire Blast
    -Extremespeed
    -Earthquake

Item: Zoom Lens (20% accuracy increase if he goes last, making D. Rush 90% and Fire Blast 100%)

With Fire Blast, he can counter physical walls, especially Skarmory with 100% accuracy. The defense EVs are for some defense since he is made to go last.

Sounds good on paper, I would test it first though and see how it works.
