Sorry to be back again and relying on this thread so much. x__x

So my Miltank is being trained with 252 HP/80 speed/178 attack (so far 252 HP and 90 attack, if there's a better option with another moveset let me know).

Just wondering what would be a good moveset for her? I'd like to keep milk drink with her high HP.

Choose whatever fits your team's needs. You could maybe use something like Return / Earthquake / Hammer Arm / Milk Drink. I'm unsure if it would be viable however.

Platinum: Marowak build?

I've been considering adding a Marowak to my roster and was just wondering which way I should lean: Jolly Nature or Adamant nature? I know that there are a few different builds for each nature, but I'm curious which would be recommended. I would think that an Adamant Wak with a Club would sweep pretty well, but I'm not totally sure. Any comments/tips would be greatly appreciated, as I would like to get started on it ASAP.

Ignore this. I'll make a legit thread.

I'd say go for a Jolly nature, with Thick Club Marowak has a monstrous attack stat, but since his low speed bothers him a lot, you could boost his speed by 10% using a Jolly nature.

using this luxray set in NU

luxray@lefties
adamant/jolly (cant remember, think its jolly)
intimidate
quick attack
spark
howl
sub

i find it very effective when used with P-2 as it draws in rhypo and lets me get a kill in, please rate

Could do with a Team help.I want to build it around 3 pokemon I have on my DS currently, with good IVs:
*image removed*
Heatran @ Leftovers
Modest
252 Hp / 16 SpA / 240 SpD
Will-o-Wisp
Stealth Rock
Overheat
Roar

*image removed*
Latias @ ????
Timid
4 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Calm Mind
Dragon Pulse
Surf
Grass Knot

This one's set can be changed. The Heatran is too particularly EV'd.

Snorlax (Shiny Munchlax)
Adamant
UT

This one can have different sets, as it isn't EV'd.

Obviously, if these don't go together well, I won't need a team.

Try this:

Luxray @ Life Orb
Jolly
4HP/252Atk/252Spe
-Superpower
-Crunch
-Quick Attack or Return
-Thunderfang or Spark I guess, its the same move basically.

No. No. Thunderfang involves biting the opponent, whereas Spark does not involve biting. You, ser, are a fool.

Now give me a good Sceptile and Venasaur physical moveset.

They both are effective, I've used them both many times in UU. In UU, I'd say Venusaur is more effective, it can set up pretty easily, but since in OU Grass + Ground is resisted by many, I think Sceptile would me more effective, as it also has a great base speed to abuse Rock Slide's flinch chance.

help me make a team

can i have some ideas on some good teams for competttetive battelling

I'm looking for a stealth rock Pokemon, that would fit in among sweepers. Any Pokemon acceptable. I thought of hippowdon, is he any good? I have a tyrannitar in my group as well.
Would it be better to sub off a tyrannitar due to sandstorm affecting a Gengear, weavile, salamence and starmie?
Or do the positives of a (possible hippowden) and tyrannitar cancel out the negatives?
