Hey I need help on this Venasaur that I'm currently making.

Venasaur @ Leftovers
Adamant
Petal Dance
Worry Seed
Synthesis
Solarbeam
EV's: 6 HP/252 ATK/252 SPD

First of all, Solarbeam is a bad option on Venusaur, even if you are using it with Sunny Day support, because Sand Streamers like Tyranitar are going to ruin your fun.

That said, i'll try to think of a physical attacking Venusaur set:

Venusaur @ Leftovers / Life Orb
Adamant
94 HP/252 Attack/236 Speed
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Return
Sleep Powder/Petal Dance/Synthesis

236 Speed is for no-speed base 100s. The loss of physical Sludge Bomb hurt Venusaur hard, reducing its offensive movepool to about Earthquake and Return. Petal Dance is vastly inferior due to base 90 power and the amount of Grass resistors in the game.
Sleep Powder is recommended, Petal Dance is almost suicide, Synthesis is screwed over by Sandstorm.

I think I need some help cuz I am trying to come up with a team of pokemon where 5 of them know baton pass so that I can pass on status boosts on attack, speed, everything to the sixth pokemon (considering spiritomb) but I dont know what set to use for spirttomb and what batton passers to use. Help please?

You need to give an idea of what pokemon you want

Alright thanks for the Venasaur, now for my Blastoise.

Blastoise @ Leftovers
Adamant
Aqua Tail
Skull Bash
Rain Dance
Hydro Pump
EV's: 6 HP/252 ATK/252 SPD

Dude, you can't just watch me pull crappy movesets out of my hat right? =/

Blastoise @ Choice Band
Adamant, 64 HP/252 Attack/192 Speed

Waterfall
Ice Punch/Avalanche
Earthquake
Aqua Jet/Rock Slide/Body Slam/Return

Aqua Jet is illegal with Ice Punch.

I was inspired by a thread I recently posted on, and want to try out a fun, yet powerful, team that uses ONLY the following Pokémon.

Blaziken
Glaceon
Snorlax
Blastoise
Beautifly
Venusaur

Feel free to let loose.

Beautifly and powerful don't really fit in the same sentence. The thng sucks tbh.

Blaziken@LifeOrb
252Att/252Spd/6HP
Flare Blitz
Agility
Earthquake
StoneEdge
Another poke that isnt that great. Infernape kicks its ass tbh. It's not fast enough to sweep on its own so agility is nice.

Except that May doesn't have an Infernape. Stick to the Pokémon I listed.

It's a team for fun, but I still want it to be as powerful as it can be. That's what I meant, at least.

Ok, since there's no standard set for it (As far as i know) I'll try and salvage something from the disaster that is beautify:

Beautifly@Choice Scarf
Modest
252SpAtt/252Spd/6HP
HP Fire
Bug Buzz
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball
Choice scarf allows it to do something before it's inevitably KOed. This is about all it can do tbh. I dont recommend using this in competetive enviroments, it will get laughed at. Still, that's the best I could come up with.

It'll work, if you don't make me use Hidden Power (breeding for it is so damn hard). This isn't really a serious team, after all.

What of the other five? I was thinking of Brave Bird for Blaziken, so we can kill Infernape...Then again, are any of those Pokémon OU?

Without HP fire you have no way of hurting steel types at all. He needs it. Plus its movepool is uber-limited. The only other option would be psychic on a choice set, so if you dont wanna breed good luck with steels. But saying that good luck with anything using that thing ;)

Brave Bird's kinda redundant. EQ is already SE on infernape and the recoil from both BB and life orb will rack up very quickly.

Snorlax is OU, and a few of them are BL. Since BL isnt a metagame in itself this team is either OU or illegal.

Considering that any, and I do mean any, Steel Pokémon can OHKO a Beautifly, regardless of EV and IV help, I really don't think that I truly need Hidden Power there. Besides, we have Blaziken, and there's always Venusaur SubSeeding or something, I guess.

Outspeeding and being able to KO them means you wouldnt need to risk your other pokes by switching into them.

And what Steel Pokémon can't outspeed a Beautifly?

Below are the UU steels you'll be able to ourtrun, provided they are running their standard sets.
Bronzong
Forretress
Jirachi
Magnezone
Metagross
Scizor
Skarmory

Thats pretty much every OU steel, barring sweepers like lucario and heatran. It's a pretty nice number if you ask me, not to mention some of them are very popular.

I fixed your typo.

Okay, I get the point. But I still don't want to have to breed OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAND!!!! Wurmples, hope I get a good one, then hope it evolves into Silcoon.

That post was epic win.

However, those are the dangers of breeding Wurmple.

Thanks.

Isn't there an easier way? You know, without cheating? Please tell me there's an easier way.
