Hey guys here's another post from da beast.

Charizard @ Leftovers
Jolly
Flamethrower
Fire Spin
Heat Wave
Flare Blitz
6 HP/252 ATK/252 SPD

*barfs*

FOUR FIRE MOVES?!?!?!

I use this non-Standrd Set for my 'Zard:

Charizard@Choice Specs
Timid/Modest
4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Overheat
Dragon Pulse
HP Ground
Air Slash/Focus Punch

This is different from the standard Specs 'Zard. The only thiong that resists Fire + Dragon is Heatran, who cries when hit with HP Ground. Air Slash for Secondary STAB or Focus Punch to suprise Blissey.

EDIT: As always, the standard is better.

You could also go BellyZard

Charizard@Salac Berry/Leftovers
Blaze
Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 ATK / 252 Speed / 6 HP
-Substitute
-Belly Drum
-Fire Punch
-Earthquake

Im not sure about the EVs though >.<

That charizard set is what I'd expect from someone who uses "the" as "da" and talks about himself in third person :|
Bellyzard is nice, its just a pity SR and priority moves screw it over. Speczard rocks my socks:

Charizard@Flame Plate Specs ;)
Timid
252SpAtt/252Spd/6HP
Flamethrower
Dragon Pulse
Air Slash
HP Ground/Fight

EDIT: Just noticed it's almost exactly the same as dunsparce's :P

Nope, have fun breeding ;)

Damn it. All right, fine.

What about the other five? There was Blaziken, Venusaur, Blastoise, Snorlax, and Glaceon.

Hey, can I get a moveset for a Victreebell? I like the little guy, but it doesn't seem to be popular enough to have much of a standard.

Victreebel @ Life Orb
Modest nature
116 HP / 252 SpA / 32 SpD/ 108 Speed

- Sleep Powder
- Growth
- SolarBeam
- Hidden Power Fire

Set up Sunny Day with another thing and try to make it sweep.

What am I, chopped liver? I may despise breeding for Hidden Power, but I still want to build this team.

Put the 6 hp into def, and make your hp Iv even, so you can activate Salac after a sub and belly drum.@Adamant

As for specs zard ... Why HP Ground ?? Focus Blast >> HP Ground Plzzz..

Tangrowth @ Leftovers
Impish, 252 HP, 228 Def, 28 Speed

Sleep Powder
Leech Seed
Power Whip
Knock Off

Lol C+P from Smogon. HP Electric can be used on it for Gyara, Stun Spore can be used for random status.

Never really liked Tangrowth much, gets easily run over by Hera and Fighting neutrality kinda kills it in addition to no reliable recovery (Morning Sun would make you miss out on its egg moves - Leech Seed most notably).

HP [Ground] gets a 4x on Heatran, though. Which is pretty much the only thing that Fire+Dragon don't cover. Not to mention the increased accuracy.

What would be a good Phys Wall set for Tangrowth? Sleep Powder would be nice....

And what are you going to do to T-Tar with HP Ground?

Hit for 2x. It really depends on what counts as more of a threat to that particular team. If you fear TTar, then by all means, pick Focus Blast, but If you have a reliable TTar counter and you hate Heatran, then take HP [Ground]. There is also the classic Power vs Accuracy debate.

@Aquillae - It is on the same team as a Weezing. That helps.

And what about that May team I was going to build?

Oh, forget it. Pokémon is far too tedious and redundant for me to have to deal with this thread as well. So much for my interest in this game.

*throws away DS Pokémon game and subscription to this thread*

ok, i got a bold cresselia.

it has these iv's:
Cresselia - #488 (Bold)
HP: 22 - 23
Att: 28 - 29
Def: 4 - 5
SpA: 12 - 13
SpD: 29
Speed: 12 - 13

all mainly good, except for defense. so, can i get a set for it?

what do you mean all mainly good O.o. the only good iv's are attack and Sdef. the rest are really bad, with an exception of HP. Hp is alright, but not that great.
i wouldn't use this cresselia if i were you.

if you really wanted to you can just use any old set.

maybe a standard set.

Cresselia @ Leftovers
Modest/Bold
20Hp/252Def/236SAtk
-Refelct
-Rest / Moonlight
-Charge Beam
-Ice Beam

eh i don't know.

Is this any good?

Spec sweeper

Typhlsion @ leftovers
modest
Ev:252hp/252spa/4sp
-flamethrower
-eruption/focus blast
-solarbeam
-sunnyday

Note: I think i shouldn't be so heavy on the fire, but i like the sunny day and solarbeam combo on a fire pokemon

Try this:

Typhlosion @ Choice Scarf
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk/252 Speed/6 HP

- Eruption
- Solarbeam
- Focus Blast
- Flamethrower/HP Ice

This guy will be more effective if you get another, more defencively-orientated Pokémon to set the sun for you. Choice Scarf makes it quite fast, and the last slot is down to preference, whether you want more coverage or more longevity. I'd go Flamethrower for another STAB move if your HP is low.

I kind of wanted to keep sunny day because it raise eruptions base power to 225, and weaknes water attacks.. Maybe he won't be a sweeper just a random addition

Sunnybeamers in OU suck in general, and a Sunny Day Typhlosion is no exception. It does not have an easily exploitable trait that can be used in the sun (read: Chlorophyll), that gives it a speed boost which would allow it to outrun and KO other pokemon. It also is screwed up by random Sandstreamers/Abomasnow, and Heatran walls a set like there's no tommorow.

Solarbeam is automatically useless outside of Sunny Day, and without STAB and a crappy attacking type, you won't be hurting much. In Sandstream, Solarbeam takes 2 turns to charge which is a huge disadvantage.

Go with ScarfTyphlosion, easily the best set for it, although I would recommend Mild/Rash and 144 attack EVs, Focus Punch > Focus Blast, for Blissey (2HKO).

Solarbeam is not a viable choice for the reasons I listed above, but Typhlosion doesn't have many options anyway. I would put the secondary Fire move > Solarbeam, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Overheat or Will-O-Wisp.
The last slot should be HP Ice, or if you fear Heatran that much Earthquake.
