280 speed, thus outspeeding Lucario and CB Hera, you are faster so can Roost to cancel out your flying type so Stone Edge wont be a problem. It wont OHKO anyways, even with Stealth Rock in play =)

Scarf Cross Stone Edge does (38.76% - 45.99%) after intimidate, as its assumed your switching in. You will outspeed scarf hera after after a dragon dance and can therefore Roost.


Now the question lies which item ? leftovers lets you be more defensive whilst Life Orb lets you ohko heracross after a DD and Lucario straight up.


So ill leave this up to you.


You get walled by Zong and Skarm, but its a small price to pay for being able to beat such threats. Magnezone and Heatran work well in conjunction with this, so you could save a spot on your team for one =)

The best set ive ever used on Frosslass is this

Timid Nature
- Spikes
- Thunderwave
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

You can also consider Shadow Ball or Destiny Bond >> Spikes or T-Wave.

Sucker Punch is best left for Band, as that can be used to compensate its mediocre speed.

Psychic is for Heracross on this set, whilst t-wave is cool allowing you to sweep.


You can use a + speed nature on Band and the two special sets, if you want to outspeed Jolly T-Tar.
 
ta for the moveset. shame though cuz to get spikes I need to breed snorunt with fortress and I dont have emerald and My wi-fi is mest up so i can`t trade for one >.<
 
Need a sweeping set for Lucario (no scarf plz, Life Orb)

Stone Edge and Earthquake or maybe Energy Ball over Stone Edge.If you keep that moveset you're using,Taunt will just kill you.

That is not a good cradilly. Those EVs are bad, you have no nature, and that is a bad moveset to boot. A good cradilly is this:

Standard Cradily methinks. Cradily is a sucky poke outside of sandstorm, so only use it in said weather. Mirror Coat is too situational, and being a generally weak poke it needs toxic.

EDIT: Lapiz, Cradily cant learn stone edge

This is cool as a lead, Sassy lets you get the weather on your side vs T-Tar. Protect allows you to scout.
