I love having reusable TMs, it makes it much easier and you don't have to worry about using it on a certain Pokémon or stealing getting them of your friends. One problem is I now find it hard when I play the older games as they're only one use.

What about 'Flash'? Is than an HM now?

There's also dig which was never a HM, same with headbutt. Anyway, this is getting off-topic discussing what is and isn't a HM. Go back to discussing the actual topic at hand you two.

Never actually stated my opinion. I'm fine with reusable TMs, since in the long run, even if it costs more, you're still saving because you don't need to purchase more than one opposed to before. Though it'll feel weird only being able to get a certain TM once. :(

I really like the idea of reusable TMs due to the fact that I have never used any TMs in the past. I was always too afraid that if I use it I'll lose it so I just never used them at all. So glad that they're reusable now.

What about 'Flash'? Is than an HM now?

To answer your question, Flash is not an HM anymore as it used to be, but remains to be TM70 such as it was in Gen IV.

Steering back on topic, I don't mind having TMs reusable. Actually, I think it's about time. XD Sure the price is higher than normal but it pays off in the long run. I rather pay the price and have an ever-lasting TM that's expendable than having to repurchase or trade with another to get the same TM again.

I'm actually glad that one can buy Giga impact with Pokedollars instead of needing to get coins in the Pokemon casinos especially the HgSS style ones...

I like the idea. Though they're out of the way, that doesn't make them difficult. And it makes for some great Pokémon. For instance, Reuniclus and Chandelure are both going to be on my team, but I want both of them to know Calm Mind.

I love the idea of reusable TMs, but they are very expensive- I remember Giga impact costs a whopping of 90000 dollars~ I think blizzard, Fire blast and Thunder costs the same :P Even stuff like reflect costs at least 20000~~ :P

I'm indifferent, as I never use TMs or HMs (except for HM slaves)

The only good thing this brings is that TMs like Rock Smash are now basically HMs.

As some of you may know, in Black and White, you can reuse a TM as many times as you want. However, this comes at a cost. You can only obtain each TM once in the game, which makes certain TMs harder to find.

So, which do you prefer? The new system of getting every TM only once - with no other chance to get the harder to find ones? Or the past, where you could find every TM easily at least once, but once you used them up, you couldn't reuse them?

...I have a feeling my wording is weird, but do you like the idea of reusable TMs?
(After fans have been waiting so long for something like this)

What is this "no other chance" thing you're mentioning? Is there a point in the game where the TMs can become Lost Forever if you don't obtain them in time?

Well, if you can use the Internet or another sorce to locate the TM, then you've found it and you have it forever really

This. I assume that the Guide Dang It part is a detractor, but the reusability part pays off in the long run.

I love the idea. Before the fact, you'd have to trade with people who had it if you'd used it already, so this is much more convenient to me. Plus, people were sorta cheating to get moves or infinite TMs, so why not? Haha.

…But it's driven the costs up in-game, so it's not so appealing now. Crazy!

I have probably taught a bajillion Pokemon Flamethrower and Shadow Ball omg I love reusable TMs, idc about price increase, just reminds me of the economy so hell yes to reusable TMs. They are lovely.

I rather pay the price and have an ever-lasting TM that's expendable than having to repurchase or trade with another to get the same TM again.

The price factor really isn't that much of a problem. Most of have probably spent way more than $999999 PokeDollars on TM purchases, so a one-time $90000 purchase or something really shouldn't be too much of a problems in the games.

I love this TM enhancement that BW brought to the table. I was actually perfectly fine with the previous TM system as long as the TMs were reasonably reobtainable (as in, via store purchase, Game Corner Coins, or Battle Points; not that stupid "Pickup ability" crap that only nets you a 0.1% chance of obtaining TM26/Earthquake in Emerald Version :cer_pissed:). But this conversion of TMs having the infinite-use HM function in Generation 5 is awesome! Very handy for competitive usage, as it's more easier to tinker with and try out different movesets on the fly (provided that the moves you're changing are TMs, of course). I can reserve my PokeDollars for other items, now. :)

I might be in the minority, but this is one of the changes about the Black/White that I hate the idea of. My party Pokemon rarely ever change... I usually go through a game with the same six Pokemon. So, to be honest, I usually only use a TM once, anyway. I hardly ever have two Pokemon knowing the same move, so I don't see the point in reusing a TM.

I love this new method though I wish they didn't remove some tm's such as Stealth rock :(
I already know where all the strong reusable tm's are located to too so I won't have to look everywhere for them...

Defiantly, it makes team planning a lot eaiser and less stressful because you can try different moves on different Pokemon and don't have to worry about "saving" your TMs.

Game Freak really thought of everything this gen. By the way, using a TM does not restore PP on the move (so if you replace a 5 PP move with a 10 PP move, it will have 5 of 10 PP assuming you didn't use the previous move.) No word on how this affects PP Ups or PP Max.

I'm in disagreeance. It's convenient, yes, but so is downloading songs from iTunes / Frostwire which have therefore put CD stores out of business.

I preferred them one-use only. Gave them worth and status for trading. Now, it doesn't matter, 'cause you can spam-use the TM to death :s

I personally do not enjoy the idea. Yes it will make the game easier, but I really do not use TMs all that much, even after beating Black I used a TM once and that was to test the "they really made them unlimited now?"

I enjoy having reusable TMs. It makes it so much easier to plan a team, or to play around with different Pokemon. No longer do I have to hold some Pokemon from learning some moves because there's another Pokemon I could teach the TM to. Nor do I have to replay some spare Pokemon game over and over in order to get another copy of a TM, or spend my time earning and saving money in-game in order to afford a TM.

So I'm quite happy about this. It saves me time and aggravation.

I really like reusable TMs. For me, it means that I don't have to drive myself crazy trying to get them legitly, and that I no longer have to resort to Action Replay Cheating to make it easier. :)
