    That is all!!

    Mine is like corrupted guys. I tried going back to the older version and all failed.

    So I got Essentials and now it won't even load up without freezing. .-.

    ...this is hilarious... because I was going to make a blog entry about this, too... xD

    Truly, 2011 is absolutely awful... its a shame they forced the update to it, because I would have stuck with 2009 for even longer. All of the options are ground down into the bog-standard social site mix, and they've removed the ability to change things, like having a display name... and that sign in window... my GOD is that repulsive...

    I... don't know if I can bring myself to use MSN, any more... D=

    Not that I've really used it all that much, anyway... heh...

    so WAIT next time i get on my msn, it's gonna force me to upgrade? BUMP THAT.

    There is still a way to customize your nickname and such. It's just much more of a chore to do than it should be. z.z;

    And yeah, it royally sucks and the forced upgrade was a bold, bad move that'll probably be met with quite a large number of complaints. But y'know, who listens to their userbase nowadays? :U

    ^ Not msn, that's who! ^^ So dumb. I like how it tries to encourage you to link it with facebook too (or linkedin... lolwut?) and makes you have a surname as well which you can't actually hide as far as I can tell from other users! So bad. I also dislike the whole login screen. i want to see the users, not what videos people watched recently and what they said in the profile message 7 days ago! -_- Oh well, I'll settle for my list of updates and blank white space taking up over half the window... =/

    Get a multi-chat client, if you can stand not having MSN-specific plugins/programs. I use Pidgin, personally, but there are others if that doesn't work for you. You also get the added bonus of running multiple chat clients at once!

    I dumped the actual MSN program a year ago when I saw the new one and could not for the life of me figure out how to change my username. Do not regret it.

    I think I must be the only person using the standard Messenger at this point...
