Catch. Fits the bill of being a weak, kind of forgotten Pokemon capable of doing something (more so in Scarlet/Violet). Has the parts to win the right 7-star Tera Raid: Calm Mind, Stored Power, Fake Tears, Charm, Snarl, Curse, Recover, and Taunt. Also picks up Baton Pass, Hypnosis, Thunder Wave, and (slow) Encore for a normal playthrough via TM. Fares worse in the prior generations, though, between fewer TMs and egg moves.
