I'm an absolute fiend for sushi, my favourite kind being negitoro cones. I could easily order something like $60 or $70 of them for myself. Absolutely love them!

Oh the Arcadion is wonderful so far! Thankfully I was able to do them the day before my flight was scheduled, so I got the day 1 experience for them just like Pandaemonium! It made the first fight especially tons of fun as no one knew what to expect as we were flung around the arena.
The music was great and I loved the difficulty of them, I think they even could've been harder. I can't see myself doing the Savages, that's just not my thing, but I had a great time and once I start doing my normal raids roulettes at Lv100 I'd be happy to get any of these fights. They feel unique and full of character especially since each fight has its own theme and each combatant has very strong personality. I love Black Cat and burst out laughing seeing her tankbuster, and I'm so thrilled a "toxic idol" sort of character exists in FFXIV now. I love cute girls.~
After everything we've been through in both Endwalker's MSQ and normal/alliance raids and Dawntrail's MSQ, it feels really cool to have a more casual and fun story for the raids that reminds me of the Glitz Pit from Paper Mario, while being curious about its mentions of Dawntrail MSQ's themes. I'm excited to see where it goes.
The first fight was a highlight for me, I think it's the best one and found the others easier and therefore less exciting, but yeah I can't overstate my excitement for the rest of this raid series. Very excited to start doing weekly clears.

What are some of your favorite chapters in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door?

I'm glad I got around to playing Thousand-Year Door so I could answer this! I've only played the original so if anything was changed or added to these chapters in the Switch release I've yet to witness them.

My most favourite is likely Chapter 4! Twilight Town immediately leaves an impression on you as the town is unsettling compared to almost everything you've seen up to that point and the citizens getting turned into pigs right before you leaves an impression. It's got such an interesting villain who feels more engaging than someone like Hooktail since you get to see him really cause some chaos and it feels rewarding to get back at him. And of course it helps that Vivian is just the absolute sweetest, personality-wise she's my favourite partner in the whole game, I love her.
Chapters 3 and 6 are great too, the Glitz Pit seems like a boring sequence of fights on the surface but its story genuinely threw me for a loop at one point and I loved learning about the sinister stuff going on behind the scenes, and the Excess Express is great not only cause I just love being on trains IRL, but it's a great little shake-up that the end goal is super simple but the focus is on getting there and what goes on as you spend days on the train itself. Was refreshing to have a chapter where the destination was simple and easy since the journey felt a lot more unique and interesting.

And since I mentioned Vivian was my favourite, I also love the baby Yoshi, Goombella, and Bobbery, and any chapters or scenes focusing on them are lovely as well.~

Now fast food is a harder question to answer, both because I'm an absolute sucker for it and because it's one of those things where any answer you give is one someone will strongly disagree with. But you can't have an AMA without having an opinion someone will disagree with so I'll give an honest answer.
When I think of a fast food chain my first thought is usually Wendy's, I've enjoyed them for years even before their whole social media presence took off, and they would probably be my go-to choice. As a Canadian though I'm also required to preach that Tim Horton's is wonderful and their drive-thrus are almost entirely to blame for my love for iced coffee, that's really all I need to be happy for a day. 🤍

What are some of your favourite songs?

I don't listen to a lot of music, honestly! Especially on my own time. A big amount of my taste in music is the stuff I hear either in or associated with my favourite anime, so most of the time I'll be listening to J-Pop/J-Rock/Anisong, some recent favourite examples include Gimme the Mic, Gimme the Light, Bleeding Hearts, and Walking Dream. Over the past month or two I've really been trying to put together music playlists more actively and actually keep and remember the songs I enjoy. A good 80-90% of the music in those playlists is stuff like this.
If we're talking more "typical" music, it's still Pop and Rock, I have good memories with a lot of pop from the late 2000s and early 2010s. Blame It on the Pop is my favourite thing to use to explain my music taste because it's just a big mix of the best pop songs from 2009, but other favourites also include Good Time and Die Young, two songs I'll never open osu without playing. If you asked me to pick a favourite band or anything I wouldn't have an answer for you, but if you absolutely forced me to say a name I'd probably answer with Hey Violet because they were something I did honestly try to get into in my teens. Hoodie kinda still sticks with me to this day.

What are your favorite animals?

I'm someone who never really had a pet growing up and got all her animal interactions from seeing other people's pets growing up (which really hasn't been a lot) so it's not like I have a story like "we had a dog growing up and therefore I like dogs like him", but I've always liked cats a whole lot. I think me and the people I spoke to compared me to a cat when I was younger, just in terms of how I am socially, and they're absolutely adorable. I love a lot of videos I see about them and the jokes of stuff like "orange cat behaviour", and I've told the story about how I had a dream about a cat named Honey who I want before.
I also really like rabbits though, and a lot of that is thanks to Ayumu Uehara, but I've just really found myself loving them over the past several years as I kinda loosen up and be kinder to myself, I love the playful energy they have and they're just really soft and cute. They've got this really great energy to them like their thumps and binkies, and they just really make me smile. I've heard owning one is tough and a lot of work, but I'd love to have the chance to call one mine.

What is your favourite TV show?

That is... a question I can't answer, unfortunately. I haven't watched TV in years and besides just watching anime on cable TV growing up, I never really have watched TV or had those shows I've really wanted to watch. If I try to think of any TV shows I've been interested in, not a lot comes up. But I don't wanna just go "I don't have one, next question" so I'll say that I do enjoy watching game shows on TV because I found them exciting when I was a kid and Wheel of Fortune became a favourite of mine for a couple different reasons. I know, it's a really weird pick, but I honestly think it's the closest thing I have to a favourite TV show.

...Anime on the other hand, I will once again say that I currently consider Love Live Sunshine to be my favourite anime, and my favourite thing I watched last year was Machikado Mazoku, which I dearly hope will still continue. My favourite thing I've watched this year so far has been Girls Band Cry, and that's looking to be my anime of the year for this year.

Probably not as many as people think I have! According to my AniList I've seen 142 different anime, but I always feel like if you tell people you're an anime fan they can be quick to assume you've seen every mainstream popular show and watch most of the things that come out every season as they air. Some people watch everything that comes out, some people watch thousands and thousands of shows, and I'm just not like that. I've also never really been into stuff like shounen or isekai and the ones I'm often interested in watching are just funny or feel-good seinen or shoujo stuff. Spring 2024 is a good example because I wasn't interested in the most popular shows like Kaiju no.8 or That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime's third season, I wanted to watch shows like Girls Band Cry or Whisper Me a Love Song. Because listing an entire full collection of what I've watched would be long and boring, here's some of the more popular names I haven' mentioned in this thread that people may recognize:
