Gatrs doesn't need Jolly nature anyway. It already gets enough to max out 125 Base Speeders after a Dragon Dance.

Really simple question for those who know about EV training...

If I had a Pokemon and filled out all 510 EVs, would any battles after that alter any EVs? My stat increases never seem right for some reason...
 
Nope, all the EVs are set in stone after those 510 (Unless you have the EV-reducing berries). As for the stat increases, many things affect them, such as Natures and Base Stats. Also, if you're EV training at a low level, the increases are very small, and will be almost unnoticeable. You'll see the effects at Level 100, though.
