Corrected an issue with the Member Encyclopedia where non-supporters who had made the required 200+ posts could not see the forum. Also addressed an issue where supporters with less than 200 posts could not enter the forum.

update: stopped users impacted by this change from automatically being granted blog permissions, and granted regular users with blogging permissions access to Member Encyclopedia. Yes this is a very messy forum.​

The Shiny Values Eggschange subforum of Trade Corner has been archived. Its activity has been dwindling over these last few months and the staff no longer felt it was necessary to keep the subforum open, especially with growing popularity of existing TSV communities elsewhere. You've had a good run, PC TSVs!
