    • What's your general opinion on smoking?
    • Do you smoke? If yes then how often/how many cigarettes per day?
    • Have you ever smoked?
    • Will you ever smoke?

I personally have found that the more stressed I am with work related matters, the more cigarettes I smoke throughout the day. I'm very close to finishing my university degree and have found that I have smoked excessively throughout my final year.

I do also take great pleasure from smoking too, which doesn't help matters.

How does PC feel about smoking?

What's your general opinion on smoking?
I truly do not care go ahead. I've cared in the past when it came to people who were close to me, but there's really nothing you can do. They have to want to quit for themselves you really can't force them too.

Do you smoke? If yes then how often/how many cigarettes per day?
    No

    Have you ever smoked?
    Yes I've tried it

    Will you ever smoke?
Too expensive and will just make me look more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ later than I already do so probably not.

I don't smoke. Between my asthma and the smell I've just never had any desire to, never will. My parents and 2 of my sisters do, which left me personally finding it to be a disgusting habit; the foul breath it leaves, the stains on your teeth, the odor and discoloration in your clothes, the wrinkles, etc. etc.. I like all of these things to stay clean. :3
Rather, I won't date a smoker, but I don't care what my friends do so long as they respect my house rules enough not to do it while they're here.

If you smoke, that's okay. I don't understand you, but let's be friends anyway.

I think it's bad. Just bad. There's nothing good it does for your body. Even if it makes someone feel relaxed, there are much more healthier options out there.

Smoking is getting less and less popular nowadays and public smoking is becoming banned in certain areas. In some stores you'll get charged if you smoke in front of the buildings. Schools have started doing this as well, at least in my area. I think this is great. No more do I have to hold in my breath as I walk into a public building.

I can't stand the smell of it. It makes me cough. It used to piss me off when kids would go out for a smoke break and would sit down next to me and let the smoke just fly off them into the air I breathe. The worst part is is that they probably couldn't even smell it on themselves anymore.

Thing is is that smoking wouldn't be so bad if it didn't annoy and potentially harm those around the smokers. I still see parents smoking in their car with their children in back...

Smoking is a dirty habit and no matter how hard someone tries to get the smell off them, if you're a heavy smoker the smell will not come off. It's just a dirty habit...I'm sorry for seeming rude but I do not support anyone who smokes... I don't think badly of them but I definitely don't want to be around them and smell that smoke, stained into their clothing fabrics.

if you couldn't tell by my above ranting, I have never, will never and have no desire to smoke. The main reason for it being extremely bad for your health. You're breathing in toxins into your body and it has been proven to cause all sorts of nasty diseases like cancer. Why would I do that to myself when I know the risks are guaranteed?
Not to mention, it's expensive as hell. Why would I spend a fortune on these killer sticks when I can spend that money on clothes for myself or a house? We did a project in school where we added up all the money a smoker would spend on cigarettes in ten years and you couldn't even imagine the amount of stuff we could have with that money.
Another reason would be that I would just smell all the time. I'd just be dirty. I'd have a dirty mouth, teeth, lungs, hair, clothes, gray skin etc. That smell just doesn't go away if you smoke daily. You can pick out a smoker from a non smoker in a flash.

    I hate smoking.
I've never done it and I never will.
A lot of my family has smoked in the past, and I always cough and it was just something that's always seemed nasty to me. I've never had any desire to do it, and I've seen the harmful effects in person. It improves the quality of life when you stop smoking.

Also, have you seen those prices. I would not pay that much money to die quicker.

What's your general opinion on smoking?

    I don't mind. I'm a tobacco user myself.

Do you smoke? If yes then how often/how many cigarettes per day?

I'm not much of a smoker. I only buy cigs when they are convenient for me, so I maybe go through a pack once a month, but I'll go months at a time without smoking.

*Thought I might add that cigs aren't enjoyable for me, I don't like how they make my lungs feel, only buy them to get a quick dose of nicotine when I'm not in a good time or place for chewing tobacco.

It's a different story with chewing tobacco though. I go through a half a tin of snuff every day and I've been doing so for the past 4 years. I'm suprised my gums haven't receded yet lol. It helps ease my stresses a lot. I try to be respectful around others though, If a kid comes by me, I'll take my pinch out and I won't smoke near anyone who's not a smoker themselves.

    Have you ever smoked?
    Yes.

    Will you ever smoke?
    Yes.

*I also want to add that if your a new tobacco user or someone who is curious about tobacco, don't even try it. It's not worth it. The buzz you get from using tobacco goes away shortly after starting and just leaves you with a nice addiction that you don't want to quit. Don't think you can just 'one and done' it, it doesn't work like that with tobacco. Trust me, 4 years ago I would have been ranting about how bad tobacco is for you, now curiosity screwed me over lol.

I really don't care one way or another so long as you're polite. I do have a history of respiratory problems, so I can be a bit sensitive to certain types of smoke. XD

I do enjoy an occasional cigar or marijuana blunt when I'm partying with friends, but that's about it.

    Have you ever smoked?
    yes

I don't smoke the same thing you do cigarette smoke bothers my asthma. "Left-handed" cigs open up my lungs more don't ask my how it just does I've barely used my inhaler since I started doing it.

On an average day I'll have three rollies, which as most smokers will tell you, isn't really that much.
If I'm out obviously I have more. I will have a spliff once in a blue moon when I'm out, but most of the guys I'm regularly out with aren't really into it so I generally don't.

I plan to smoke more tbh, once I have the time and free space.

My opinion? It's one of the milder ways to slowly kill yourself, you can get away with a lot worse. We've all heard this health rant a million times, it's not that we don't understand, we just don't care.
If you have the drive to be healthy, I'm glad for you. But not everybody prioritises that.

I am a non-smoker. I have never smoked, nor will I ever. In fact, smoking is one of my turn offs. I will never date a smoker. I view buying cigarettes as a waste of money. Plus I cannot stand the smell of cigarette smoke. None of my family members smoke.

I don't understand why people smoke. With everything we know about smoking (especially cigarettes), I don't understand why anyone would ever take it up. We've known for decades now that it causes cancer and it must be ridiculously expensive to keep up a smoking habit, so why would anyone do it? Why would anyone even start?? I'm sure anyone who does smoke has their reasons but I'm not sure I could ever wrap my head around them.

I imagine it's obvious, but I've never smoked and never intend on even attempting it.

I have no interest in smoking and have never smoked but I have a lot of sympathy for smokers, as my mother is one. The demonization of smokers in popular media bothers me a lot; it's amazing how intolerant someone can get of a habit when they decide it's too dirty or they think they know what's best for you.

    Allow me to elaborate.

There are, in my opinion, three key reasons:

    1. It relieves stress
    2. It's a sociable activity, in exactly the same way as drinking is
    3. This next point might seem naive, but I'd like to draw your attention to this photograph:

See this guy here? What's your first impression of him? Maybe you'd think "Ew, a dirty smoker"? Or maybe just "Oh cool, a sax player"?

Wrong. It would be "Good God. That man is the coolest, suavest, most sophisticated mofo on the face of the earth. He's probably the best saxophonist in the world and an overall a musical genius. What a guy!"

…okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit with that last one, but the point is that every smoker ever thinks that they look cool when they smoke. Any smoker who tries to tell you otherwise is fibbing.

I guess as someone with less than stellar health, the idea of jeopardizing my health even further for the sake of looking cool or even being suave as hell (although I do not associate smoking with suaveness, unfortunately :P) is still something I can't get my head around.

No, I do not smoke at all. The smell of secondhand smoke is just beyond disgusting, and that ♥♥♥♥ can tear up a person's lungs. It's like being in a fire and breathing smoke with no trap, only with a slight filter. I feel bad for my parents because they always complain about their finances and how they always have no money, yet they'll blow $100/week on cigarettes. The money alone right there is enough to keep me away, alongside the health issues cigarettes cause.

I don't really see the point in smoking cigarettes, too me it's not all that great. Secondhand smoke has always made me feel sick and I don't want someone else to have to deal with that and then I don't think they taste all that great. However I do smoke a cigar every now and then because there are fruity ones that taste and smell pretty good. But I don't even do that often, usually it's to celebrate something.

What's your general opinion on smoking?
It's disgusting and unhealthy and so incredibly sexy. I understand this conflicts but that's me.

Do you smoke? If yes then how often/how many cigarettes per day?
I did smoke, one a day. I now use an e-cig vape pen and I love it. I get about as much nicotine as a half pack a day. No smell and it curbs the cravings plus its way cheaper. Also less chemicals although the hazards of the VG arnt totally known. I totally encourage any smoker to try it and strongly strongly recommend any nonsmoker to never try either.

I'm far less stressed and more social and friendly, and I bleed a lot more.

    • What's your general opinion on smoking?

I don't think it's smart to smoke. Too many health issues, and my taxes go towards paying for your self-inflicted conditions and illnesses. That said, the only people I "forgive" for smoking are those that got addicted as a result of olden-day prescriptions from doctors where smoking was marketed as being a health benefit. Even at that, though, it's been a long time since we've all known the dangers of smoking, so that ignorance isn't an excuse anymore (or shouldn't be).

    • Do you smoke? If yes then how often/how many cigarettes per day?

Nope, never have, never will. I'm glad my significant other has never smoked or tried it either.

    • Have you ever smoked?

My aunt tried to make me smoke once when I was seven. I didn't bite. I convinced her I tried it by exhaling the smoke instead of inhaling, and then telling her that I had enough. Since it was exhaling, though, I don't count it as a "try."

    • Will you ever smoke?

Nope. I'm not going to burden the system further with self-induced afflictions that can be linked to smoking. That, and I don't want to die ten years before I ought to lol and I don't want to accidentally become "that chick" that forces people to inhale second-hand smoke as I walk by or whatever. I hate those people.

My dad says it's the only bit of happiness he gets in a day. I respect that, but I still wish he would stop, for the sake of his health and his family.
