I try to avoid them if possible, might curse a bit if I end up finding a huge spoiler on accident, but eventually...I'll end up really not caring much at all.
And really, the only reason I try to avoid spoilers nowadays is because of an experience I had: when I first played FF7, I...pretty much knew what was going to happen because I had gotten a strategy guide a few months previously and had read it cover to cover already. To be fair, I didn't realize I would be getting the game later that year, thus why I bought the strategy guide since it seemed like the next best thing, and while I didn't mind knowing what all happened in the game, it also made playing it...kind of boring, since there were no twists that I wasn't already expecting.
So I try to avoid spoilers now more just to avoid making games boring to me than because I hate knowing what happens. If I run into one, it's usually just "oh, well, I guess I know what happens now meh."
