Scarf got it to work for me, she changed the extention to gif on the end and that seemed to do the trick or something lol

Tumblr. That's a good place to find gifs, it seems. It's where I found the Hydreigon one.

Of course you'd have to crop and/or resize them to avatar size. I could do it if I were on my normal computer.
