Starting to work out a bit. Got two rounds in of 20 situps, 10 second plank and 20 squats. Unfortunately i'm so unfit that I could only do that before being out of breath.
But progress right?

I tried doing pushups a year ago and for some reason I felt that I could do them after not being able to do them when I was younger
