Though I guess since it's a letter of its own in Spanish, it makes sense.
And looking at the order of what you randomly wrote, I've come to the conclusion that ñ is located right where ö is on Swedish keyboards o3o

...I'm paying waayyy too much attention to this trivial shizz.

Ah, I've been fine~ Just getting used to college life, is all ^^;

And I still haven't figured out how to get that special Eevee ;; So I settled for a regular one in B2 |D;; I'll probably be doing the same in W2, which I plan to start once I learn all the Hiragana characters.
