3rd Gen The 1st Pokemon you caught in R/S/E

    So, this happens to be my first thread ever, so I hope this goes well. Anyway, what was the first Pokemon you caught in R/S/E? Mine was a Zigzagoon.
     
    Hmm... I'm not sure, actually. :( I think it might have been Zigzagoon in Pokémon, which is the same as you. Either that, or it could have been Poochyena. If we're including starters, then it's definitely Torchic. On my second run, though, I wound up picking Mudkip.
     
    The first pokemon I caught surprisingly was a Wingull. Considering it's encounter rate, I was quite lucky to run into it on route 103.
     
    Poochyena, i even evolved it and kept it in my team, must've ended up a level 50+ Mightyena, ahh the memories!
     
    Mine was a Poochyena as well, it was the first Pokemon I encountered when I played Ruby for the first time.
     
    To be honest, Sapphire's probably the only game where I can't distinctly remember the first Pokemon that I captured. I know for a fact that I had a Shroomish by the time I got out of the Petalburg Woods, but I'm not sure if I caught a Zigzagoon or Wurmple before it.
     
    I have an inkling that it was a Poochyena, but I honestly can't remember as I never used anything else in my first playthroughs of RSE other than my starter.
     
    I was extremely picky about Pokemon I caught back then; didn't believe in any of that 'Gotta Catch 'Em All!' nonsense. So, I waited until I found Ralts in the route preceding Petalburg before catching any Pokemon, haha. It was kind of lucky, considering how rare Ralts is. If I hadn't seen it, not sure when I would've caught my first Pokemon! n__n;
     
    I think caught an poochyena as my first pokemon but it was ages ago to remember for sure.
     
    Lotad was my first Sapphire capture. I remember being baffled by what the hell it was supposed to be. So I caught it and noticed she was Water/Grass. Okay, so it trolls Fire and Electric types, that should be a fun Water type.
    Fast forward, and she's a beautiful Ludicolo with a ribbon for beating the Master-rank Beauty Contest ^.^
     
    I forgot. Marill was my first Pokemon I caught who made it to my final team, but I caught loads before that. Shroomish, Tailow, Seedot and Lotad were some of them. I then released them because I didn't know you could just store them in the box, lol.
