Hmm... I would have to say Groudon, It's red and sleeps in lava for thousands of years.

Which is the most defensive Pokémon?
 
Chansey. I realize she isn't the best overall, but relative to offensive capabilities, this pokemon relies on being purely defensive. Every method it has to damage opponents is set-damage. I was going to say Blissey at first, but then realize that eviolite Chansey has both higher bulk and less special attack.

Which pokemon is the least likely to become President/Leader of its country?

Empoleon! It has its own built-in crown; what could be more perfect to rule the tundra kingdom?

Definitely Gyrados, as the only flying type move it learns is bounce. Therefore, if it wants both STAB options, it's only option is to bounce it up.
