That whole idea of no one wants to work has always ticked me a bit because. no. we wanna. we just don't want to be taken advantage of while we're doing it-

I'm excited to move out so I don't have to live under my parent's rules and all that; but goddamn life is expensive. It feels pretty depressing knowing that the $1000 in savings I've spent almost a year building up would hardly last half a month if I was on my own. I also want to go into medicine, so that's another 6 figures down the drain that has to be spent on higher education.

My sister's always short on money despite having a far better paying job than me, because she keeps wasting it =P
Like if one of her brats destroys something in the house, even if it's expensive like a TV, smartphone, Switch or whatever, she just replaces it.... and then it happens again.
Those brats are never gonna learn to be careful with their stuff if she just replaces anything they break straight away lol
